Fantastic spot, plenty of room, beautiful sights and plenty around to do with kids! The owners are wonderful people and very welcoming! Really enjoyed our time here with definitely be back again, 10/10 experience!!

Overall experience was excellent. The host and the family were absolutely brilliant. We had opportunity to visit their farm and feed lambs. Heating in the house was exceptional.

Everything! The photos really don't capture how spacious and well planned out this accommodation is. First of all, the place is immaculate. A lot of hard work and thought has gone into this home. There were 11 of us, including 3 teenagers, and not once did it feel cramped. Plenty of seating for lounging and dining, all the rooms have an ensuite and the kitchen is well supplied for self-catering large numbers. TVs in all the bedrooms which impressed the teenagers...no easy feat!...and the beds were so comfy. We ranged in age from pensioners to early teens and not once were we bored. The kids, and a few adults, made great use of the games table and the kids made this room their 'base'. Elaine popped in after we were settled in and made sure we had everything we needed, knew how to work the heating etc and very thoughtfully had a lovely welcome basket full of goodies waiting for us on arrival. There wasn't one detail overlooked even down to a little chalkboard welcome message. I wouldn't hesitate to book another stay here in the future and would highly recommend it. I would also recommend if you stay here and intend to barbecue that you buy a few bits & pieces from Elaine's husband. The burgers were amazing! All in all, a fantastic weekend had by everyone!

Absolutely nothing. Everything was perfect.

Beautiful home with great facilities. Each room is ensuite, and has plenty of seating etc to comfortably accommodate a large family or group of friends. Beds were very comfortable. Elaine was a great host and left us a lovely wee welcome pack with all the essentials. Looking forward to returning.

Property was huge and immaculate! Well equipped, and very family friendly!

Could not fault the place

Superb cottage. We were attending for a local wedding. Were met and showed around. Great facilities with outdoor spaces. Rooms large and beds super comfy. Kitchen fully equipped and even a nice breakfast essentials pack provided. Would have no hesitation in booking again perhaps this time for a break and tour of the area.

Fantastic spot, everything you need in one place. Very spacious for bigger families, plenty of beds, its very clean and comfortable. Beautiful scenery all around and the farm animals around the property are a great touch! We very much enjoyed our time here and will definitely be back! Owners are lovely people too!

Good spacious house with good facilities for kids to play and enjoy. Had pet sheeps and chicken which kids did enjoy. Exceeded our expectations.
