St Reatham Cottage

Wonderful property by far one of the best places we have stayed in. The cottage has everything that you need it’s immaculate, beautifully designed and the hosts have clearly poured a lot of love into it. Lovely garden and the photos do not do it justice. Quiet location also easy to get to Lyme Regis, Honiton or other nearby places of interest. Definitely worth a stay.

Nothing, it was a perfect weekend away.

This is a lovely, well equipped cottage that is tastefully decorated throughout. It's in a fantastic location in a lovely village with a pub a moment's walk away. There is a second pub a10 minute walk away on the main road but it is currently closed and doesn't look like it will be opening anytime soon. There's a Londis 10 minutes walk away and a big Tesco about a 5 minute drive. The weather wasn't great but we still managed to visit Lyme Regis, Burton Bradstock, West Bay, Seaton Tramway and Beer in the short time we were there. The cottage also has a lovely garden which would be great in the summer. Would definitely recommend.

If I wanted to be picky, I'd say the lounge is a bit small for 4 adults and there's not a proper dining table, just a little pull out one. However, wasn't really an issue for our 3 night stay. The cottage is otherwise very spacious with two decent bedrooms, a good sized kitchen & two bathrooms.

Great location and the cottage was exactly what we expected. Would certainly recommend to anyone wanting to escape city life for a few days.

Very nicely decorated cottage. Well stocked from soaps, loo rolls, washing up stuff all provided, and even washing machine stuff. Reasonable comfortable bed, and I'm very fussy. Pub a stones throw away was excellent. Lovely welcome basket. Would go back.

The table and chairs were the only downside, but they sufficed for the 2 meals eaten, bit weak, felt conscious they might collapse. Check-in times are getting later and later, so a 3 night stop is only really 2 days away, so it's not long to explore the area. Rain and wind kept us in, too.

The location was perfect with plenty of places to visit without having to travel too far. We couldn’t fault the cottage with everything we needed available.

There was absolutely nothing to not like.
