St Reatham Cottage

Cottage was equipped with absolutely everything anyone would need for their stay. It is decorated beautifully and is in a nice peaceful area.

Touch chilly in the morning.. not sure what time the heating comes on.. I'm an early riser....

Felt extremely accommodating of every need - and it was lovely to feel that our dog was also so welcome. lovely garden, great views, close to some lovely walking routes and beaches. The bottle of wine and fresh flowers on arrival were perfect, and we really enjoyed spending our anniversary here!

everything you could ask for! all the little extras are amazing! so clean! lovely walks, 15 min drive to two beaches! nice pubs very close! love the streaming services and sky sports! the en suite was an amazing little touch!

The property cottage was cosy, clean and comfortable in an ideal location for visiting beaches between Lyme Regis and Sidmouth. The property was very well equipped and a lot of extras were provided. A lovely cottage beautifully modernised and decorated.

The property had everything we needed. It was lovely and warm, beautifully decorated and cozy warm, lovely place to relax in. We have already booked to stay again.

This little cottage was absolutely perfect for us - we stayed here for three nights to visit our wedding venue nearby (River Cottage). The town itself is really beautiful and we did a number of the surrounding walks which were great (also loved the laminated walking route guides provided at the cottage!). Two nice pubs in easy walking distance was also a plus (we tried both but much preferred the Old Inn). So absolutely lovely location. The cottage itself was super warm and cosy and really well equipped with everything you would need. We travelled as a four and the two bathrooms were great, though if you're planning the spend a a lot of time indoors there's not enough space to sit and eat a meal together and there's not really enough sofa space for lounging either. But other than that it was the perfect base for us as we were out and about during the days. Hosts were super communicative and helpful and check in/out was great.

As indicated in the listing, parking is a bit tricky as the platform is a bit precarious due to a big drop on one side and a wall sticking out on the other, so be careful with this! There's also only room for 1 car and we had two so had to park one car up the road. Check out at 10am was a little early for us - 11am would have been a bit nicer but no huge problem with this. There also wasn't quite enough toilet paper!
