Lovely glassed in sun room with beautiful views out to the bay and across town and hills. As advertised with nice furnishings and bedding. Big TV. Cute outside garden area. Good communication from host.

Beautiful property finished to the highest standard . Beds really comfortable,kitchen equipped with everything you could possibly want . Utility room has a washer dryer which if you are staying for a longer visit was a bonus. The views are stunning . Shower room with a powerful shower which was excellent .

The property is amazing . The only thing to be aware of is there are 17 steps from the car parking area to the entrance of the property which if you are a little less agile (as we were ) is a bit daunting carrying cases down it but we managed and still enjoyed the stay enormously .

Great location, gorgeous views and very comfortable house. Communication with the owner was excellent

Was cold during the day, would have liked if the heating was on a bit longer also the bathroom being downstairs was not ideal

"Standards, Quality, Location and Attention to Detail."

It is very rare in our worldwide and in particular UK.....travel experiences to find a holiday rental that ticks the most important criteria- plus delivers above the normal standards and quality. Brian's attention to detail....from the overall cleanliness of the cottage, the well stocked bathroom, kitchen, comfortable beds quality linen....to the comfort of the conservatory with views that are just....breathtaking! Brian's pre-arrival communication, tips and invaluable guide ....are things one rarely find in most holiday rentals.

Only 1 bathroom/wc located on the ground level.

Everything, the property was beautifully decorated, open and airy. The view was spectacular, the garden was well maintained and makes guest want to explore the surroundings, with the great touch of having binoculars at hand in the conservatory. The range cooker and overall amenities were to such a high standard, it was great!

Downstairs toilet, but that’s 100% not a deal breaker.
