Beautiful Home Near Worcester Royal Hospital

Contacting the host is easy, but getting requests fulfilled less so. Had a serious issue with the cooker and was promised host soon coming, nearly an hour later contacted again as they had 'forgot'. This lead to a later than planned evening. Have requested invoice via booking.com, and couple of times by text and still waiting days later.

I was provided with an alternative accommodation, due to leaky toilet. This property was totally inappropriate - it needed a good clean, dirty dishes in the sink and dishwasher, used towel in the bathroom, etc etc. I have followed the complaints process for booking.com but, despite assurances this would be investigated, I have still had no response. SHOCKED at the poor customer service! I have used booking.com worldwide for many years, but won't do so again until this issue is resolved.

Not as described Smelt of cigarettes Dirty microwave, fridge freezer, dirty handrail, light switches, carpets . Unkempt garden , cigarette butts and other rubbish on garden floor No breakfast , no fire alarm, not habitable

The owners charged me £50 more when we got there because on their booking.com it said there was only 2 people however on mine I definitely booked for 3

Breakfast would have been opened used cereal in box on bench. Not sealed. We did not stay, or unpack. Host was not ready for us when I called the day before. Kept us waiting for an hour outside in the street. It looked like he had just moved his elderly parents out and us in. It was filthy G
