Mykonos Moussa

We had a wonderful stay at George’s beautiful property. Everything was exceptional from arrival to departure. Our room was spacious and all the facilities were excellent. The bed was so comfortable with high quality linen…..cleaned daily and clean towels every day. Lots of storage, for clothes and luggage. Good lighting, with huge mirror…the shower was excellent. In the perfect location, quiet and far more secluded than anywhere else we found on the island. With a handful of bars and restaurants locally but perfectly located to go further afield on the bus which you can catch at the bottom of the drive.

The property was absolutely gorgeous. We stayed in what was described as the house, although it was a little unusual as it was all on one floor with another level above us – possibly where the owner lives, but we’re not entirely sure. There were four of us staying, and it was the perfect size to share with friends. The accommodation had two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a lovely open living area. The highlight was the beautiful terrace, complete with a breakfast table and two comfortable beanbag sun loungers overlooking the stunning blue sea. It was the perfect place to relax and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was ideal for us as we were attending a wedding at St John’s Hotel, which was just a short walk up the road. There are also plenty of lovely restaurants nearby, although it’s worth noting that many only open from May for the summer season. We also made great use of the local bus service, with a stop right outside the property. For just a couple of euros each, it took us into Mykonos Town quickly and reliably, meaning there was no need to spend money on expensive taxis. The owner was also excellent throughout our stay and very accommodating, kindly providing us with airport transfers both ways, which made everything really smooth and stress-free. Overall, it was a fantastic place to stay and we would happily return.

The only thing we didn’t particularly love was the internal door leading upstairs. It was locked but we did walk in once after a day out and it was open… so I’m not sure if the owner is upstairs or the cleaner, but it did feel slightly strange as we thought it was a locked cupboard. It’s also not very clear from the listing whether the property has a pool or access to one. To clarify, the property itself does not have a pool. However, the café next door has a lovely pool that guests can use as long as they purchase food or drinks there, which worked well for us. The owner was lovely and welcoming, and aside from those minor points, the property was fantastic. We had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend it.

The host Mr. George is an excellent person who took utmost care of our group. The suites and location and facilities are very good.

Couldn't find anything wrong

Wonderful stay, suite was gorgeous and clean. Decorated so beautifully, and the bed so comfortable. The host George was exceptional with his local knowledge and hospitality. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and if we are ever in Mykonos again, would absolutely stay here again.

Nothing with the apartment - we didnt like the weather on one particular day, which is out of George's control!

Location is perfect for family. Beach is walk away . View is beautiful. The owner George goes above and beyond to make sure you have comfortable stay and Vsit in Mykonos .
