The views were great to wake up to every morning. I wish I stayed a little longer. The Aria was very friendly and able to help navigate where I needed to go and organise transportation.

This is the perfect apartment for two in Chania! First of all, the view, the balcony and the windows are wonderful and that alone would be reason enough to choose this apartment. The apartment itself is very spacious, beautiful and perfectly clean. The bed is wonderfully comfortable. Aria who takes care of the apartment is very nice and helpful. She works in the small shop on the bottom floor and is therefore always available. The location of the apartment could not be better. Living right by the beach makes it easy to take advantage of every opportunity to get in the sea. Still, it's a short walk to the old town. There is life and excitement on the street, but not too much and not as crowded as in the old town, a perfect balance. There are also many excellent restaurants along the street and this street has undergone a major renovation in recent years and has become very attractive. We highly recommend Achinios Restaurant-bar which is on the first floor - amazing! Also the restaurant The Five in the street is excellent. The brunch place "The Woodstock" in the same street is awesome!

The advantages of the apartment completely erased these shortcomings, but the wifi worked poorly. Also, the air conditioning was not too powerful and took a little time to cool. But these were small cons compared to the great pros of this apartment. And maybe it would have been fixed if we had notified the owner, but like I said, it didn't matter to us.

Fantastic location on Nea Chora beach. The view from the balcony (3rd floor) was stunning. The accommodation is finished to a high standard. Very tastefully furnished and decorated. Aria was very welcoming; always available and very helpful at all times.

Lacking in finer details

This is a fantastic apartment with an amazing host, Aria, which we would fully recommend to anyone staying in Chania. The apartment is modern and clean with an enormous balcony looking out over Nea Chora beach with a perfect view of the sunset each evening. Aria met us and provided us with our room key even though we arrived very late due to a delayed flight. She was always on hand to help with anything we needed, including renting beach chairs a stone's throw away from the apartment. The location is fantastic - not too busy but surrounded by good restaurants and only 10/15 minutes' walk from the main town of Chania. The bed is huge and very comfortable and you have Netflix if you want to stay in.

Near enough perfect - the water didn't drain particularly well from the shower and the hot water stopped working a couple of times though there is a switch in the apartment to turn on the boiler which solves the issue within 10 minutes.

Super located luxurious room with a great view to the sea! Fully equipped, clear and cosy! Close to the center, the picturesque Old Harbor and the bus station! We're more than satisfied and happy, we'll choose it again!

What is not to like !!!! A beautiful brand new apartment with the most amazing sea views that I have ever seen. There are some great Tavernas on the doorstep or Chania Harbour is just a few minutes walk away. The host Maria did everything to make our stay perfect.
