Saint Nicolas

Cozy apartment located on walking distance near Zavia beach and city center. It was quite and could have relaxed sleep. We received few stuff for breakfast, coffee and soft drinks in the fridge. Host was providing all the info via Watsapp and was prompt replying. Basically receiving everything you need to self manage inside.

Rather small apartment, and one with more luggage could find difficult to unpack. Wi-fi was slow, like all in Greece. We missed a dish-washing machine and washing machine for clothing. A lot of stairs to climb and no elevator so pay attention to how much luggage one could carry. It was not shown on the photos, but this is actually 2nd floor. Soft pillows and spring mattres. Water pressure was low, if flushing toilet then you lose pressure on shower.

Quiet place, sound insulation, good location, solidly equipped apartment.

The apartment is cluttered with things, so it seems smaller than it is.

The apartment was tidy and comfy, equipped with everything one could possibly need. The host was also very nice. He provided us with recommendations on local attractions and eateries and assisted us with anything we required. We had a great time and would highly recommend this place.

From the first moment we contacted Vasilis, until the moment we left, he was more than helpful in every way, and made us feel like in our own home Apartment was super clean, comfy and had perfect location. Will definitely come again!

We really liked the apartment - two rooms, two balconies, bathroom with toilet, fully equipped. The location is great for us, we chose it on purpose. Dear lady owner and absolutely great communication with the owner's son, who asked if we were missing anything, if everything was fine and responded to our messages or requests for advice or help immediately. It was great.

Too many different small items everywhere, we didn't have much space to unpack our stuff, the owner's stuff in the closet, not much room for our stuff. Also in the bathroom. But we got used to it and in the end it was very nice.

We loved everything. House is well equipped and has everything you are going to need and even more. Hosts are great and kind people that made us feel like we were at our home. It's 3 minutes by car from the center of Sivota and there is always parking outside. We had a great time and we'd love to come back.
