Lovely property. Very clean and had everything you required. Dimitiris was very helpful, even popped down to the local supermarket for us as we had no car. Koumoundaraki itself is a way out of Kalamata but there are a couple of excellent tavernas about 500m walk and right on the beach. Take some slip on swim shoes as the beaches are Peebles. But the once in the sea it is amazing. Thelgi has amazing views from the balconies both sea and Mountain View’s and the indoor pool is a welcomed addition in the mornings and early evenings. Very quiet. Requires a car, cabs are readily available but address is a problem for them to find. The staff at the Conference centre, just 50m down the road were very helpful. In all a very relaxing week away. Definitely recommend

All was perfect.

The water in the pool was quite cold.

Stayed for 4 nights in July 2023. Very comfortable for our family of 5 (3 children). The kids enjoyed, especially, the indoor private pool and the parents the sea view from the 1st floor balcony towards Kalamata. The description of the house is very accurate and the host is friendly. Quiet location and private parking.

Lovely property with everything you need. The host was very helpful and the property clean with lovely views of the mountains (front balcony) and view of the sea (back balcony). Lots of room for the family and all the essentials provided, including a pool in the basement to cool off especially as we experienced a heatwave during our stay!

The property is over 3 levels and the stairs can be a little unnerving, perhaps not suitable with children under 5 years, although for us not a problem. Water pressure in the bathroom upstairs was low but fortunately the water pressure in the shower on the lower level, was better. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again in the future!

Whe have stayed here previously and decided to rebook due to it being spacious. It's in a quiet neighbourhood and has on site parking.

This property has aged since our last stay. There is some distance to the restaurants . Ok if you have a car.. The stair case is quite uncomfortable to walk up and down, quite narrow. Suitcases needed to be left downstairs. Air-conditioning failed, Dimitri sent a repair man out the next day.

It was clean and had everything we needed. Nice location and owner and his wife were very friendly and accommodating in case we needed anything. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Prepared a full easter meal in the kitchen which was equipped with everything needed. Loved the heated pool. Will definately book again. It was a nice relaxing break away.

There was nothing we did not like.
