Paradise residency

The place is located on a very quiet street and close to the beach, just 5 minutes walk to it. There is a big parking place for 2 cars in the yard. The house is very nice, clean and comfortable with 3 separete bedrooms. The outside shower is very useful after the beach. The host Vivian is very kind and communication with her is very easy.

I can't find any negative impressions.

The host was great and we really had a great communication from the moment we booked the house. The house itself is spacious, it has a great garden, barbecue and outside gazebo. The WiFi had perfect coverage around the entire house, which also allows you to work if needed. There are three separate bedrooms, each with its own terrace, so different couples/friends can have their own space without any issues. The house is fully equipped with everything you need to cook. A nice surprise were the six bottles of cold water in the fridge upon arrival. The house was also really clean.

There was an issue with the hot water. The house is built with a sunroof, which is great, but if the weather is on the cold side, then so is the water. There is an electrical heater, but the cold water from the sunroof was also making it lukewarm. Most of the time this wasn’t a big deal, but it could be an issue if 6 people have booked the house. Another thing is that there isn’t any air conditioners in the bedrooms, but only in the living room. The rooms were getting hot in September, so I assume it will be even hotter in July/August. Lastly, the beds were really hard. If you’re the type of person that enjoys softer beds, this will be an issue.
