Stay in this truly incredible property! Really clean, comfortable, modern apartment, with a beautiful pool! The owners, husband and wife, make you feel at home right away, they were incredibly kind and helpful. They made our vacation easier and more relaxing. Recommended to anyone. Very close to the sea, a supermarket and an ATM. Also convenient for those who want to go on an excursion. Also very close to Laganas for those who want to go out in the evening!

We loved everything at this place. The hosts were great, lovely people,very helpful. The room was beautiful, everything as described. Clean, cozy and everything new. The pool was right in front of our suite, our son enjoyed every moment of our stay, so did us. We strongly recommend renting a car and visiting the beaches in Zakynthos. There is parking space for the car .The beach in Agios Sostis is a 2 minute walk, the market is around the corner, restaurants nearby.

This was a beautiful property in an amazing location. We wanted somewhere fairly private and out of the bustle of Laganas which isn’t really our scene. Everything at the property seemed very new, super clean, and well designed. Great shower, air conditioning, wifi, delightful pool, little kitchenette had everything we wanted. Family-owned and run with a clear commitment to a positive experience for guests. A mini mart right around the corner, the beach a stone’s throw away. We enjoyed eating/coffee at La Cantina and dinners at Syrtaki and Koukla Beach Taverna. If you order drinks/food from one of the beach bars you can enjoy their umbrellas and beach chairs. Cameo island a short walk away. We went on the half day Manthos day cruise (departure is right from Agios Sostis - 3 mins from this property) which was one of the best travel days we’ve ever had - giant turtles and incredibly blue water.

They were just finishing up some renovations while we were staying which meant there was some noise. We have no doubt these will be shortly complete (or are already done by the time we are writing this review!) so likely a non issue for anyone else this season.

We loved everything about the apartman really! I would recomment to anyone who visit Zakynthos! It is perfect for families with small children. We have visited with our 3 and 4 years old and the whole place is so kids friendly! They even have children swimming pool. We have stayed upstairs and the stairs can be locked. The garden is beautiful and you have everything what you would need for a holiday. The room was perfectly clean, bed is comfortable, we have got a baby bed as well upon request. The Kitchen is well equipped and last but not least our hosts, Loukas and Constantina such a lovely and welcoming people, they were always there to help, give advise what to see, also arranged a good offer for car rentals. We would recomment to anyone honestly, perfect holiday, thank you Constantina and Loukas! :)

Loukas was a great host, really helpful! The apartment was really clean and neat. The place is near to the beach, fine restaurants and car/bike rentals. There is a little market in the street too.

A fantastic stay. The hosts were amazing and very keen to help and make sure you were looked after. The hotel location is perfect 5 minutes away from the beach by foot. Absolutely brilliant and helpful person running the place. Very welcoming. Lovely pool. Some good restaurants and a supermarket nearby. Very comfortable and super clean room. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again if returning to Zante!!!

Everything really. Quiet location, beautiful pool and comfortable accommodation. The owners are total stars and Loucas arranged a great hire car deal for us. Well worth getting a car and exploring the west coast which was easily our favourite part of the island. Porto Roxa rocks.

Being picky it would be nice to have a small table in the studio rather than the bureau so we could play cards etc inside.
