Mariel House was great. The location was fantastic - easy walk into town (less than 10 minutes), beautiful view, quiet, safe. Street parking was easy. The apartment was clean, comfortable and spacious with good amenities including beach towels. AC worked great in all rooms. Host provided bottles of water and a bottle of wine.

We could have used a lit bit more information about where to park and how to find the apartment. It wasn't totally obvious from the Google Map address and, since it's up several flights of stairs, not readily visible from the road if you don't know where you are going. The beds were a little hard. Only having one bathroom upstairs with the three bedrooms wasn't ideal. There was a full bath downstairs, but only a tub with a handheld spout (no way to hang it up to shower), so it was a bit of a juggle to get 5 people through one shower.

We loved the balconies, the amazing views, the very efficient air con!

View was spectacular. Villa was very spacious and well equipped. Communication was excellent from host. We enjoyed the walk into the village.

Furniture a bit dated and downstairs bathroom should have a higher shower head so adults can use it for a shower. Not suitable for older guests as had to carry heavy suitcases up 3 flights of stairs.

Location, facilities, very comfortable. Staff very helpful.
