Villa Sofia Filoxenia

Immaculate-kept, spacious villa well-positioned just a 5 minute walk to the beach. The pool and garden area were absolutely beautiful with flowers and fruit trees abounding. Our hosts were incredible - so welcoming and friendly. They made us feel like part of their family! We arrived to a hot cheese pie and hugs of welcome. The villa itself was pristine and had everything we needed. We enjoyed Kalyves and all it has to offer and also took many day trips. We would not hesitate to recommend this villa - it superseded our expectations and we hope to return one day. Our hosts truly went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect in every way!!

Nothing - it was perfect for us in every way!

Maria and Kostas were the perfect hosts . They met us on arrival at the Villa . So warm and friendly , a home made cheese pie waiting for us ! Fridge was fully stocked with juice and water , and they left us fresh fruit / tea / coffee / sugar and bread too ! The Villa was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed . After 3 days my son was taken ill and I had to take him to the hospital, leaving my elderly father behind . Maria and Kostas not only visited me at the hospital 3 times to see if I was ok and if I needed anything , they also made my sure my father was ok and took him food and water . I can’t thank them enough for their kindness . I would give them 100 stars if I could !

Spacious well equipped spotlessly clean property in an excellent location. Easy short walk to shops and eateries. Lovely pool. Really delightful owners who treat you with such kindness and consideration.

I would prefer a slightly softer mattress and pillow but that’s just a personal preference.

This is such a beautiful villa, perfectly positioned in Kalyves to make for a perfect, relaxing holiday! Kostas & Maria are warm, welcoming hosts and have provided everything you need.

Maria and Kostas were amazing hosts, made us feel very welcome. The villa and pool were perfect, with everything you could need. short walk to beaches, shops restaurants and bars.We hope to return soon.

Great location, right in the heart of Kalyves and walking distance to all amenities. The owners Maria and Kostas were fantastic hosts and we were so grateful for the fresh fruit and other provisions so we didn't need to head straight to the shops on arrival.

Difficult to think of anything that could have been better.

The location was perfect, near the village and beach.
