3-level doll house in Kea Ioulida/Chora, Cyclades

Marios was a great host, waiting for my arrival in advance! Very communicative, shared his love for the island, pointing out things to do, places to eat at, etc The house is a dream, very clean and has an awesome view of the whole village of Ioulis! A jewel in Ioulida! I felt really welcomed and enjoyed a lot my first stay in this island! Thank you for your warm presence and for making my stay unforgettable Marios!

Nothing I didn't like! Lots of stairs inside since the house is on 3 levels, but nothing I didn't know about!....

This adorable house is close to Ioulida's Piatsa and Kea's trails. There's a mini-market nearby, cafes and restaurants , and a supermarket within a short (admittedly uphill!) walk. The place is kept clean and is well equipped with everything you might need. Marios is an amazing host and can share his knowledge about the place. Just be warned - you'll definitely get lost in the magical alleyways!

The property is a traditional Greek house and although compact has everything you need for a break (we stayed a week). Our host Marios was very helpful throughout, from his communications prior to our trip, to meeting us at the property and showing us around, to collecting the keys when we left. The property is in central Ioulida and close to the bus stop, taxi rank, mini-markets and restaurants. It is also a great centre for hiking (if that is your thing) with numerous waymarked routes.

Not a criticism but if you visit out of season be aware that most of the restaurants/tavernas are likely to be closed.

The property was exactly as described and shown in the photos, and is very well appointed and equipped with everything you need. Marios is a wonderful host and is keen to share his knowledge to ensure you have a great time.

There were no negatives but you need to have good strength and mobility to cope with the demands of staying in a house with steep narrow stairs in a town built on a very steep hillside. You should also be aware that if visiting in October many of the shops and restaurants will have closed (or partially closed) for winter.
