Diogenis House

Dimitris and his family have done an amazing job with this house, every thing you need is there, comfy beds, aircon in every room. Fully fitted kitchen to use I would highly recommend staying here, I will be returning next year for sure.

We've just had the most wonderful 2 week stay at Diogenis house (2 adults with 4 children) Demetrius the host was fantastic, helpful and an overall great guy. We needed a single bed putting downstairs and Demetrius did this for us without any issue. The house was clean and beautiful, 3 double bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, tv area with L shaped sofa, two shower rooms and outside there is a fully equipped bbq area, pergola and table with bench seats. WiFi is available at the house too! Location wise it's around 10 minutes walk to the centre of alykanas and around 20-25 minute walk to the beautiful Alykanas beach. There are plenty of restaurants, bars and shops within easy reach. Although there is no pool in the villa you can use pools at the other hotels in the town such as Elenis across the road, bliss bar hotel 5 minutes away, zante nest, millbar on the beach or letsos pool are all within easy reach. If you are looking for excellent accommodation in a fantastic location then Diogenis is a great option whether you fancy a trip out or stay in and fully use the accommodation its all available here!

Is the most beautiful property in Zakynthos❤️ The guests were the nicest people that we could find. You can’t say that something was missing from the house. A wonderful house in the most beautiful island. Thank you a lot Dimitris, Angela & babies🥰 for sure we will come back❤️

it was clean. good location and the had all the necessary amenities. The host, Dimitris was wonderful, really accommodating and very informative. he even shared some Greek hospitality by presenting our family with a beautiful home made dessert. nothing was too much trouble for him.

the shower door to the upstairs bathroom is not properly sealed so water leaks out when you use it. the design of the downstairs bathroom allows water to leak around the edge of the bath and pool on the floor the living area was a little dark as we were unable to open the shutters to allow light the internet was a little spotty

We had a great stay at Diogenis house and Dimitris and his wife made this possible.The house is spacious, very clean, has air conditioning and the kitchen is well equipped. The house was cleaned at 3-4 days and the towels and bedding was replaced . Dimitris was amazing and helped us with everything we needed.Toiletries, beach towels and kitchen basics were provided on arrival. The garden, the terrace and the barbeque are very nice and well maintained. There is a dedicated parking spot in the front and the beach is five minutes away by car. Everything about the experience was amazing, I can't recommend it enough.
