There is nothing to say , because everything was in one word amazing

Two years ago, while vacationing alone in the area, I went to see this house and knew that our next vacation in Crete, this time with the family, would be spent here. It's the perfect retreat for four people. The property is large, with the house positioned to shield from the often strong northwestern winds. It has a great jacuzzi, a sufficient pool, a large grill, and a dining area, all complemented by a friendly and accommodating host. The house itself is located on the top of a hill, offering an incredible view of the surroundings. It's important to note that having a car greatly facilitates daily activities, as the distance to shops or the nearest restaurants varies (it's a 20-minute walk to the nearest beach and about 45-60 minutes to town, but only 3 to 6 minutes by car). The beds are comfortable, the rooms are spacious enough, and the house is equipped with everything you might need—and more. For example, there is a first aid kit and a sewing kit available. Upon arrival, the host provided us with his delicious olive oil (which we used up entirely, it was so tasty) and some basic food and fruits, including figs from his garden.

This isn't a complaint but merely a factual observation and a tip for future guests. The bunk beds in the second bedroom may not be long enough for tall individuals. My 16-year-old son is 190 cm tall, and his feet hung over the edge of the upper bunk, while my 13-year-old son still slept comfortably on the lower bunk. However, I think in two years, he too might find it a bit cramped :)

Access to the BBQ area could be improved but very minor issue…Needed a hire car as a long way to the main town 50 minutes walk…

This is a DREAM location. The view is absolutely fantastic. Fantastic privacy. Your own swimming pool facing the kite surfers golf. Giannis welcomes you with the best natural and bio products. He surprised us for several times during our stay with the best figs and prickly pears (opuntia cactus fruits) from his own garden. And cookies. And olive oil. And orange juice. And some ice cold beers in the fridge. And orange jam and fresh bread. And...I am sure I forgot many other products. From your own jacuzzi and/or swimming pool you can contemplate the Kouremenos beach and valley while planning your next day trips. I repeat because also for us was not 100% clear until we arrived: you park your car, close the gate and you have everything only for you. One conclusion: FA-BU-LOUS!

We stayed 10 days. "What could be better?" is asking Booking. The answer is simple: "To stay 20 days!"

It was a stunning location. There was a lovely view of the sea and countryside and it was very peaceful with no neighbours. It was furnished well and the pool area and barbecue area was very pretty.

The beds were hard and the shower sprayed everywhere in the bathroom.
