Sea View Villa Anastasia

Very good villa, clean and comfortable. Beautiful beach ⛱️. Definitely recommend. Location is the best.

Only thing that is missing is dishwasher.

Разположението на вилата е страхотно. Има огромна тераса с изглед към морето. Спалните също имат малки тераси с изглед към морето. Гледката от вилата е прекрасна. Плажа също е много хубав и спокоен. Само на 2км от града е на спокойно и тихо място, прекрасно за пълноценен отдих. Собствениците са много любезни и отзивчиви.

Душ кабината в банята е доста тясна.

Wonderful place for a holiday! The house is spacious, the rooms are large and comfortable, and the yard is big and well-maintained. It has all the conditions for a perfect and relaxing stay. Everything was clean and tidy. The location is ideal — just steps from the beach with an amazing view. We highly recommend it!

Beautiful location and host!

The house is spacious and the location is exelent, infront of the beach in quiet area near the town. Babis is super frendly and helpful. He was there with his wife and two friends, which some people may find disturbing but we had a great time. We'll definitely be coming back :)

We had an amazing vacation at Villa Anastasia! Babis was so nice and friendly. He helped us make the perfect barbecue and treated us with some sweet cherry tomatoes from his own garden. The house was very nice and clean and it had everything you need for a comfortable stay - big porch, barbecue, stove, washing machine, coffee makers (different kinds) and so on. The house was bright, beautifully decorated and everything was so clean. The best part is that you have the greatest beach view from the three terraces! Kakoudia beach is just in front of the house - there is a small beach bar with umbrellas, but most of the beach is free to use with your own umbrellas. The house is outside of Ierissos, but very close by car (no more than 5 minutes). We had a really quiet and calm holiday - no crowded places or loud noises, just the sound of the waves and the crickets. :) Can’t wait to go back again next year!

Clean, spacious, quiet and cosy accomodation, right in front of the beach with ashtonishing 360 view. The hosts were really helpful! Totally recommended.
