The place is literally right next to the beach which is perfect if you have a small child. The amenities on site were more than sufficient and provided a great experience no matter what you were there for.

Nothing really jumped off the page as needing improvement. Potentially in the active season it could be a bit noisy throughout the day as one of the biggest parking lots for the Alykes beach is right in front of the property, but we didn't get any of that at the end of the season.

Everythink was perfect at this place , the owner is very good person and we enjoy this place , beach was very close end wonderful,the house was perfect and have all necessarily things for perfect vacation , we definitely recomend this place to everyone... By the way we have booked our vacation for 2025 at this place !!!

The only thing that I liked of this property is the location. Located just about few meters from Alykes beach.

You get plenty of ants in the kitchen. You cannot leave anything there as the next second is all covered by ants. The hosts are not very friendly and live next door, the water was very limited (according to me controlled by the host). Absolutely not worth the value of money we paid.

The best accommodation in amouliani by far, location you can't get better than that right in front of the water, George his wife and son, excellent taste of decoration and fantastic hosts. Highly recommended!!!

We only stayed for a week, 2 to 3 weeks would be ideal

It was a pleasure staying and I must say, it was an amazing experience! The location and view were absolutely stunning, with the beach just 10m away from the property. The property is a nice 2km walking distance from the village. It was a great way to explore the local area and take in the beautiful scenery. The host was also very friendly and welcoming, making sure that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There is bar located right next to the beach, which serves nice food and drinks. Overall, I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. The location, view, and amenities were all top-notch, and the friendly host made the experience even more memorable.

We had some challenges with the internet and electricity but it was a bad luck period for the whole island and didn't impact the great experience we had.

Weird creaking of the roof just above our heads. Neighboring dog barking a lot. Linen should be changed and house cleaned for longer stays, e.g. every 3 nights. Adding a dishwasher makes sense for this type of house. There is a suitable space next to the oven. The bush on the porch needs a little trim.
