Amazing and extremely clean house. The location was ideal, nearby the square of the village and the sea. And not to mention the breathtaking view😍The hosts welcomed us with joy and gave us information about the island. Highly recommended for families, couples and friends. I would definitely choose it again in th future.

The apartment is exactly as in the pictures, with 2 bedrooms and bathroom at first level and living, kitchen and the shared balcony with great view at the top level. Notice that the entrance in the apartment is from the balcony. It has a fantastic 270 degrees view, being situated on top of Lithi village. It is part of a house with two similar apartments and one at base level that will be used by the owner (not for rent). The last part of the road is a little steep but inline with the usual roads from Greek islands. There is place to park the car on a flat area. The village is small and with very nice people. You need to walk 5 minutes to the central square where there is bakery, 2 grocery stores, one restaurant with good gyros/souvlaki. Every evening the square is full of locals. Lithi beach is sandy, with low depth water and with good taverns. By car it takes around 4 minutes to reach it. On top of this the owner, Nikos, is extremely nice: we had long discussions about island and other stuff and he was a very nice presence as he was staying in the second apartment when I was there. Chios is a very nice island with a lot of surprises and nice places to see beside the great beaches.

Very small TV, no microwave, no shampoo/shower gel/etc provided
