The place was very clean and comfortable. We had all the necessary amnesties. We had a balcony with a fantastic sea side view.

Nicole welcomed us with the keys and a map of Parga, explained everything, and gave us recommendations on what to visit in the coming days. We were greeted very warmly and pleasantly, with cold water and a glass of homemade limoncello — which, by the way, is excellent. After such a warm welcome, we entered the apartment, which turned out to be even nicer than in the photos. It had everything we needed for our seven-day stay. What impressed us the most was that every day a staff member came to clean the apartment, change the bed linen and towels, and also refill the coffee pods. Everything was clean and tidy every single day, which is truly a huge plus. The terrace is spacious and offers a sea view just like in the pictures. The location is perfect for a peaceful and quiet vacation — it's about a 7-minute walk from Valtos Beach, which, after this visit to Parga, I would say is not only the biggest but also the most beautiful beach. It takes around 30 minutes on foot to reach the center of Parga (about 2 km), but that’s not a big deal if you go in the evening when it’s cooler and there’s no sun. Otherwise, you can easily get there by car or scooter — parking is provided either way.

At night, if you're walking through the olive groves that lead to the accommodation, be aware that there might be wild boars in the area — they are known to live in that region. However, the hosts will definitely inform you about it.

The location is ideal – close to the beach and the center of Parga, yet far enough to enjoy true peace and quiet. An added bonus is the free private parking available for guests. What truly made our experience exceptional was the service and the people who met there - Eleni and Theodor. They are amazing – warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. They welcomed us with open hearts and treated us with a rare blend of professionalism and personal care. Every detail was thought through with love and respect for their guests. We arrived as guests but are leaving as friends. Thank you, Eleni and Theodor, for your hospitality, your smiles, and for making us feel at home. Modern and stylish accommodation with a comfortable bed, lovely terrace, garden and views, a 10min walk from Valtos beach. Theo and Elenor are very friendly, welcoming and helpful hosts who offer lots of advice and recommendations of places to visit and eat. Highly recommended!

Well, we apsolute liked everything about the property. Very clean, cozy, quiet. 10 min walk to the best beach, 20 min walk to Parga - via the sea side. Host were really helfull going above and beyound. Also i must note the cleaning lady work- the cleanest place everyday. Thank yoy
