Rose Garden House

It is the nicest vila in the city. The pool is very nice and lot of balconies included. You can chill on the sunbeds or use the grill for a dinner. The owner Maria is very sweet and there was also a possibility to rent a car through her company for a very great price.

There is some noise from the airplanes, but since there is no flying during night it didn't bother us. Also it is fun experience to watch the planes fly during the day 🙂

Very nice house with an excellent, very service minded owner. All three bedrooms have balconies and very efficient ac. Location is good 10 minutes from airport. 5 minutes walk to a pebble beach and 5-10 minutes walk to the small centre with supermarket and a few restaurants. The living room and kitchen area is nice and have all amenities needed. The highlight on hot days and nights is the very nice pool that was perfect for both kids and adults. And finally the owner was very service minded , arranged for rental car (recommended) that was delivered and picked up at the house. She also gave good tips on what to do and see on the island.

It did not disturb us but it is close to the airport so you hear and see the planes. Excellent for planespotting tough.

Our family of four had a wonderful stay here! The owners were very helpful and communication was excellent before, during, and after our stay. We had absolutely no issues. The property was very clean and the pool was perfect! It was a very easy walk to town where you could find delicious restaurants, bars, and a supermarket. Everyone in the town was super nice too. The beach is also just a short easy walk away.

The house was lovely, a little dated but overall had a very pleasant stay, had a problem with the bathroom on the first day and Christos was around to fix it within an hour. Chekin & out of the house was perfect, Maria was very helpful. Pool was great also air con in each room. Few restraunts nearby and staff are very friendly, Yiannis & Kalgaris, lovely food. Tomie's bar on the main street is excellent very chic and prices are very reasonable.

Thought it could have been cleaned a bit better, also the noise of the airplanes overhead , didn't realise we were so close to the airport, planes didn't go during the night so that was ok.

Comfortable location, close to the airport and super close to the beach, many restaurants with delicious local food nearby, great host, clean pool and everything necessary for the great vacation was there

Great location near the airport, sea and the kite station. Cosy and big house with air conditioning in each room. This and the swimming pool kept us alive during heatwave

Small kitchen appliances are in poor condition

On arrival owner was waiting for us, he explain everything about house rules, he gave us few tips about a trips around , good restaurants. Pool was clean , maintenance was twice a week , owner provide housekeeping once a week all free off charge.Everything what you need is around 10 min with walk from property - restaurant, bus stops, sea. We highly recommend this property for family holiday or holiday with friend

The location was perfect, 150 meters to the beach, 300 meters to the restaurants, shops and a little further to the supermarket. The owner Christos and his agent Pantelis were both very friendly and very helpful. And the private pool, which seems a rarity in Kremasti was a real bonus. If you are after a chilled, relaxed holiday with easy access to a quite beach and restaurants this is the place for you. The house was very clean and has everything you would want.
