You have everything what you need, more than what many people has at home! Perfect location, from bad to sea , SUP boards for use, and very polite owners!

George is a true old-school host who genuinely cares about the well-being of his guests. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel welcome—he gave us a full tour of the house and we had a lovely conversation with him. Throughout our stay, he checked in to see if everything was fine and if we needed anything. He also gave us great recommendations for local restaurants. The house itself is new, modern, spotlessly clean, and incredibly well-equipped. The highlight for us was definitely the spacious terrace with a breathtaking view of the sea—perfect for enjoying coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. As a warm welcome, George had stocked the fridge with basic groceries and even surprised us with pastries and cake. The location couldn't be better: just a few steps from the sea, a short walk from a beautiful beach with a restaurant, and right at the beginning of the village promenade full of cafes and bars. There are also SUP boards available for guests, which we enjoyed using during our stay. This was one of the most memorable and relaxing places we've stayed at—and George made it even more special. Highly recommended!

New, modern, well-well equipped and very clean house right on the sea line. Products in the fridge was very nice welcome. George, the owner, is very nice person. The SUP boards are big bonus.

Beautiful apartment, just across the beach ,you have everything you need,including basic products in the fridge .George is a lovely guy. He will take care of all you need,even bring us pastries in the morning.

The house is acutely first line on the beach (we didn’t understand that before we arrived) and is a perfect vacation house, it has all you need including SUP boards, well equipped kitchen, washing machine and the best bed mattress ever. Above all it’s George that makes your stay unforgettable.

Nothing, it was perfect

Breathtaking new house, only 4 steps from the sea. Great balcony facing the sea to drink your coffee or wine (-: George the host is a wonderful generous man, taking care of everything. When we arrived the fridge was full with fresh products, the house was shiny, and George gave us tips about where to eat and what to do around. Only few minutes walk there are lots of restaurants and an excellent coffee bar. There are sups for the guests and we used them a lot during our stay.

The place is perfect. The host was great ,got us some food in the fridge. Also we had the use of a sup free of charge .

George was just lovely, available, lives really close, comes every day to see how you are, The entire house is newly designed and modern, right on the beach, you just sit on the balcony and relax in front of the water, I highly recommend it to everyone and without a doubt I will come again soon.

I have been traveling with my family in Greece for over two weeks, and this place was the most amazing we have been to. The house was big, comfortable and clean. The host, George, was an amazing person who became our friend during our stay. He was helpful, charming, generous and friendly, and we have had many chats together throughout our stay. George left for us basic groceries in the fridge, his wife made a cake for us. He left Saps for us that we could use anytime we wanted. The house itself is perfectly located. First, it was just across the sea, the water reached 4-5 meters from our door. Second, it was a very short walk from an official beach with a restaurant. Third, it was right on the beginning of the promenade of the village, loaded with cafe, bars, restaurants. And there was the views of the mountain from the back. Just beautiful.
