Gatzeas Blue

Perfect destination for relaxing and battery charging. A truly rare gem. I almost dont want to write about it, because I want to keep this gem for myself. I am joking, of course, but Gatzeas Blue is just like a gemstone: you find it and keep it, because it is too precious. We loved everything at this place. Starting with its great owner, George and his lovely wife. George is so helpful, so carrying, such a good person and he did his best to make us feel exceptional. And we felt exceptional! There were no questions or requests without answers. Also, he surprised us few times with fruits and pastry. We felt really really good. Thank you, George! Stay strong, sharp and always young! The villa is really modern, fully equipped, beautifully furnished, giving us such a cozy feeling. The effort and dedication with which the owners started and executed this wonderful project are visible. We were in the 2 bedrooms ground floor apartment, which was great for us (2 couples friends). Coffee on the terrace in the morning, sunsets in the evening were really really great. Sleeping was also great, because the bedrooms are in the back and so there is no disturbing noise. And this is not just all: in front of the villa is the waters of the Pagasetic Gulf, we even saw dolphins 2 times while we were lazing on the terrace. Few steps and you can swim, any time of the day. And dont worry about the street in front, it is small and not busy at all. There are some cars from time to time, but there are not disturbing because of the high level above the street and of the parapet of the terrace. All you can see is the sea. Amazing views! I dont have enough words and space to write about how much we loved this place. Gatzea village is a small, quiet village with beautiful people and beautiful houses, also small beaches and a little harbor. There are few restaurants, for breakfast and of course for delicious dinners. If you are looking for calm and quiet, this is the place.

The apartment was newly renovated, clean comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. it was located on the sea front. The owner was friendly and helpful and provided us with a variety of food including a special cake and wine on arrival.
