only the location is good

During our two days stay we had no water and no lights in the house except the living room on the second day. The contact person of the property was not there to give a prompt helping hand. We couldn't use toilet, shower or kitchen. The mattress in master bedroom is uncomfortable. The second bedroom is very tiny and has two single beds and one extra mattress. This place can't accommodate 5 people to have a comfortable stay. It could be good enough for maximum of 4 people. Please consider twice when choosing this property. If there won't be any technical issues then it can be a nice place for a short escape. But if something goes wrong be ready not to be served in a professional manner.

They provided brand new sun bed as we asked because one of the women was pregnant. It was easy to find and easy to enter.

It's has a bit misleading information. The guy who is the contact - Nikos started to clear things at the day of our arrival which is normal :). At first when you enter the property you see the big house which is the owners' house and you basically live with them but in the house in the back. Not as described in the info. The location was not the same as in the photos - around two kilometers north just next to Camping Sylvia. The BACK house wasn't clean at all - next to the fridge, below and around the couch, under the beds. We were two couples and one infant at 1 year and a half and I can say it is pretty small for that amount of people. For a family with one or two kids it will be all right. Everyday there were people everywhere - gardeners, cleaners with cars, parking their car in front of "our" front door. Let's say that was somehow okay... But the attitude of the lady which seemed to be the owner along with her daughter or granddaughter was unacceptable. They didn't say hello or smile one single time as we're basically living together. They were even passing by turning head on the other side. Some strange things happened every day... I don't know if I was imagining things. We had our own stuff in our small sector - boat, umbrellas. One day we went to the beach but we forgot something. As we returned to the house we saw the owner to checking, touching the boat. Once she saw us she moved away rapidly and didn't say a thing or ask something. The other day there was a big fat sh*t on the grass next to the table we have our breakfast and dinner. One of our cars had a big scratch which was made on purpose and it WAS NOT there before the arrival. Overall it wasn't as expected, definitely didn't deserve the money we paid for it. I'm sure we won't visit again. I don't recommend.

Classy place.

The house is great in a quiet location - we had real privacy, as during our stay in the off-season, no one was in the second house, and we had the land and beach just for ourselves. The only recommendation: I would equip the house with small lamps to create a more pleasant atmosphere. The lights are too strong, even unpleasant. A bedside lamp was missing in one of the rooms. Otherwise, the house is really greata and we recommend fully!

Everything was perfect, so clean, so comfy, the sea at 50 metres. The house had all You need, from towels to coffee, water in the fridge, the bed was very comfy. The place where we did the barbeque IT was also perfect with sensational View at the sea.

Beautiful Location, well maintained house and very private. The garden is also very well maitained and access to the beach below is a real plus.

Everything was close to perfect only the beds/matrasses could be much better. Finding the house was not easy and we had to drive aroud for 1 hour and ask different people about the location. I understand that in that area a detailed address is not easy but if they could mention..."next to" then it would be easier.
