Villa with the view of Palamidi and Bourtzi

Une grand maison claire et pourvue en théorie de tout le nécessaire, mais mal entretenue et sale. C'est dommage, parce que le lieu serait très bien, avec des balcons et terrasses. Il y a effectivement vue sur la mer, mais la maison n'est pas au bord, une grande rue passante se trouve entre les deux. Le centre est à 10 minutes à pied et il y a un supermarché à 2 minutes.

La maison est mal entretenue (des robinets qui fuient par exemple, des climatiseurs qui ne fonctionnent pas) et surtout sale: nous nous sommes demandés si le ménage est fait entre deux occupants. Nous devions avoir un lave-vaisselle, or il était hors service et apparemment depuis longtemps. Le linge ne sentait pas bon et nous ne savions pas s'il était propre (le torchon était sale, c'est sûr); la poubelle de la cuisine était sale ainsi que le placard sous l'évier, le placard sous le lavabo, les tapis etc. Bref, nous avons été très déçus et un peu dégoutés. Il y a un chauffage central, mais il n'était pas allumé et il était difficile de chauffer la grande pièce avec le climatiseur. Heureusement, il y avait deux radiateur d'appoint à bain d'huile.

一共有三层，一层可以放大件行李，二层是很大的客厅和厨房，还有一个卧室一个卫生间，三层还有两个卧室一个卫生间，每个房间都有露台，很舒服。非常干净整洁，热水充足，冬天虽有些冷，但空调也很好用。下楼就可以到海边，还有个小超市买生活用品，位置也很不错。车可以停在楼下路边

The apartment was very spacious and nice views. The host was kind and responded in a timely manner.

The carpets were not cleaned well. There was dust on the shelves. There was mold in the corners of the bedrooms on the top floor. I don’t feel comfortable seeing black mold in the space I’m staying. I saw that the solar panel water heater is leaking on the roof and walls. There were expired eggs in the fridge and generally the cleaning was not top and disappointing. Oh and the listing said there is a fireplace which is why I booked this apartment and when we got there the owner said we can’t used the fireplace, it’s only for decor…

Vangelis and Dmitri were very helpful hosts and responsive, highly recommend this for families

Nothing much due to the cold weather it was very cold floors but that is unbeatable, heaters were provided in every bedroom and there was portable heater near the fireplace which was cozy

The property offers plenty of living space within easy walking distance of the historic area in Nafplio.
