Agia Kali Villas

The views are amazing and the host was super supportive and always at hand when needed. The house is clean and tidy. The location is a little off the stuffy and noisy town and quickly accessible via car in 15 mins. The perfect place for quietness and peace.

We spend 1 week in this amazing place. Our villa was very cozy, comfortable and clean. It was big enough for a family of 4 with its two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. We spent most of our time on the lovely terrace enjoying the impressive day and night view of the Skiathos city and port. We loved everything about this place, but I would recommend considering a washing machine in the villa which would make a longer stay easier. Our host, Georios, was great! He welcomed us at the port, showed us the way to the house which was a challenge the first time but when we saw the lovely villa almost on top of the hill surrounded by greenery, smelled the herbs, enjoyed the amazing view we completely fell in love with this wonderful place and Skiathos at all. He also gave us a list of recommended beaches and restaurants, which saved us time and frustration. It was a great holiday for all of us and we would definitely go back there again!

The view from the terrasse was magical. Very nice helpfull and friendly host. We will for sure rent this again when we go to Skiathos

The property is located outside the town of Skiathos, which is good - it is very quite and calm. The host is very kind, care taking, personal attitude. The only thing the guests shall consider is that they have to be with a higher vehicle because of the slopes. Anyway, these are 4 km to go up.

Outstanding panoramic view from Villa Bourtzi! Clean, bright, well ventilated apartment with great air conditioning. Georgios, our host/the owner, was a star! He met us at the airport, showed us to the apartment, but most importantly gave us a list of his personal favourite beaches, bars and restaurants. It was our first time in Skiathos but thanks to Georgios we knew exactly where to go and every recommendation was great! We ended up spending most of our time eating 'smash burgers' and watching boats sail in at Bourtzi cafe in Skiathos town. It may be a small point, but the aircon was a real boon at night; quiet, efficient and allowed us to sleep in (not always possible in noisy aircon environments).

The property is accurately and well advertised, so if you need a pool, then look elsewhere! The property's splendid views are obtained by virtue of it being high up on a steep and winding road. The car ramp to the property is also very steep, so is not for the faint-hearted (although you get used to it quickly). Similarly, the garden area is small, but this was not a detractor for us. Also, your own transport is pretty essential (buses won't make it anywhere near and there are no nearby shops), but we took two teenagers with us and they loved the location, as we kept busy during the days and it was a great place to chill out and watch the sun go down in the evenings. In short, there's nothing we didn't like!

The view is to die for! Georgios was very communicative and made sure we had everything we needed. If we needed anything all we had to do was ask. Very comfortable property.
