I love the cleanliness of the villa and the lovely surrounding area. A small village with 2 small supermarkets about 3 mins walk away. The friendly lady who works there made sure our stay was comfortable and our villa was always cleaned every time we come back from visiting the local areas(exactly what one needs after a very long day out in the hot humid weather. The owner was very kind and helped us check in earlier and he gave us relevant information about our stay and the local area. So serene and a good place for retreat..unwind and just relax!

Nothing except the wifi was down the afternoon before our check out, but that came back up on the next morning.

The house is modern, cool and clean, with a really lovely swimming pool. Lots of little extras make it feel luxurious. The location is quiet and calm with plenty of parking. It's not at the beach, but a very quick drive to Kassiopi and lots of beaches to choose from. For this NE side of the island, we felt very central. Highly recommend!

Nothing at all!

We stayed at Perithia Suites for a week as a family of four plus a friend. The houses are very modern and new. We loved the property, the tranquility, and the really nice pool. We enjoyed spending entire mornings just relaxing around the house and pool. We were also allowed to have breakfast twice at their sister hotel, Thalassa Suites. We took advantage of this offer once and had a perfect day by the pool and beach at the hotel after breakfast.

Given the high price of the stay, we have a few suggestions. The kitchen could use some more equipment. While the house was generally very clean, we noticed some leftover items in less obvious areas (below the sofa bed, which we used, or above the wardrobe). The small bedrooms had a bit of an odd smell when the doors were closed for a while; it was unclear whether it came from the air conditioning or the curtains. Additionally, there were many mosquitos outside in the evening, so we preferred using the pool in the mornings and afternoons.

Woow, the best place in Corfu! We are delighted with our choice; this house looks even better than in the pictures. It has a very good location (you can feel the real Greek charm), with not many tourists around. Within a 5-minute walk, there are decent eateries and a small shop. Everything is clean, with cotton bed linens and white, soft towels that were changed daily, along with separate towels for the pool. There's enough space for a family with three children. Two bathrooms. Good toiletries in the shower. Each room has air conditioning. The house was cleaned every day. The pool had enough space for all the children. The house is well-equipped with utensils, plates, glasses, etc. However, there's no salt or pepper. Next spring break, we will spend our holiday in Corfu, and only in this same place.
