I could not imagine a trip better than this. Eleni made our holiday wonderful. I am super glad to meet her and her family. They are helpful on anything. Eleni is always there to help you. Also her husband is doctor and helped my mother when she hurt her foot at the beach. Eleni, thank you for being such an amazing woman. Hopefully my mom will learn english and talk to you about life day and night next year 😊

There is nothing

Eleni is a very kind person. She helped me whatever I asked. The location is the best place can ever be. You can walk everywhere in the center. Also very close to main bus station which you can take the bus to both north and south side of island. Having breakfast at the balcony with bird sounds is so lovely. Also at the other balcony you can have drinks with a beautiful sea view. Thank you so much for everything

Only negative thing: bed is a little bit hard. There is nothing else.

The location was perfect. All the common areas and rooms were very clean. recently renovated historical building. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The friendship and location

The host, Eleni, and other staff members, Melina, Athena, and a gentleman whose name I don’t know, were very helpful. The hotel's location was fantastic, with a 10-minute walk to the harbor, Chios Castle, and public transportation. Despite the building being quite old, I should mention that it had modern amenities and was clean. The breakfast service was more than adequate, providing enough energy to start the day. Since we stayed in the attic room, there was also a kitchen area, and as a group of coffee lovers, the Nespresso coffee machine there was one of the nicest surprises of the stay.

As for the negative aspects, the stairs are worth mentioning first. To reach the accommodation areas and the common area inside the house, you need to climb a staircase. Additionally, there is another staircase to reach the attic apartment. Although the facility shared this information before our stay, we didn’t anticipate it would be this challenging. If you have such sensitivities, you should take this into account. Furthermore, the beds in the attic are bunk beds, and perhaps a different bed type could have been chosen to fit the room with a different configuration. Lastly, both the beds and the bathroom in the attic apartment are quite narrow. If you are a large person, you might want to consider this as well.

Beautiful accommodation in the perfect location if you want to be close to downtown Chios. As per the photos, it’s a stunning classical town house that has been renovated in an ideal combination of old and new, namely modern kitchen and toilet equipment, TV etc as well as with well-preserved antique furniture.
