Aria, Maisonette in Glyfada Beach

Very nice views, well located and very clean

The apartment is structured in 2 levels, there are stairs to go to the rooms and bathroom.

The apartment is very clean and comfortable, has everything you need for a family of 2 children. The hosts are kind and allowed us to check in earlier than planned. The view is fantastic and the beach is so close. That was an excellent choice to spend my birthday with my family!

Living room sofa awfully uncomfortable to sit/lie on, I understand it is meant for 2 ppl to sleep there; bathroom requires refreshing; beds too soft for our liking, but that's a matter of habits or taste; kitchen well equipped, no microwave / washing machine though, but these are not crucial flaws

Καθαρό σπίτι, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο για μια οικογένεια όπως είμαστε εμείς 5 άτομα. Εύκολη πρόσβαση στη θάλασσα, ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ και παραλία. Θα το πρότεινα ανεπιφύλακτα!

The host was amazing and provided all the necessary information regarding check-in and our stay. You can hear the sea from the bedroom, which is wonderful. The parking spot is perfect, especially since Glyfada can be tricky when it comes to parking. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the beds are very comfortable. Codfee machine is very good and you also get some coffee pods. Glyfada Beach is stunning, with perfect soft sand and no pebbles, although the sea can be a bit cold. There are plenty of showers along the road leading to the beach, which is very convenient.

Waste management at the resort could be improved — the only place to dispose of garbage is at the parking area before the entrance, which is inconvenient. The bedrooms being on a separate floor can also be a bit impractical at times. While there is a mosquito net in the bedroom, the main room doesn’t have one. The sun umbrella was a bit broken, and the chairs and table on the balconies could be more comfortable, considering the price. Beach restaurants are a quite expensive. There were a lot of wasps, especially when eating. The bathroom shower is also rather small, but that is very usual in Greece.

Beautiful apartment with everything you need in an amazing location. Rosa was the perfect host, incredibly helpful and kind. 10 out of 10, would absolutely recommend staying here!
