Ktima Holiday House

A very clean, nicely and newly furnished apartment with a spacious terrace overlooking a beautiful courtyard in a natural setting. During our stay, our experience was further enhanced by the presence of wonderful and playful kittens. There are mosquito nets on the windows and balcony doors. Towels and bed linens are changed every three days. A super friendly hostess. The house is located outside the town of Skiathos but close to the airport and the old town center, both reachable by foot or by car. Walking to the town or the airport is also great, as the distance is short and the path is flat, with sidewalks along the road. Nearby the house, there is a bakery and a supermarket. Skiathos is a charming old town, friendly to cats and dogs, and the island is surrounded by beautiful beaches. Another interesting feature is the opportunity to watch planes land and take off from very close by.

Absolutely everything was perfect. The apartment is spacious, clean and has everything needed for a great stay. The location is perfect, quiet yet close enough to easily access a bus stop, bakery, grocery store and the inner city with just a short walk. George is a wonderful host, helpful and kind, making sure his guests are comfortable. Hope to stay here again.

L'appartamento è luminoso, funzionale e arredato graziosamente. Il proprietario è molto simpatico e disponibile; la casa è pulita, in una settimana ci hanno cambiato ben 3 volte la biancheria! Inoltre è situata vicino al centro della città, al porto e all'aeroporto

Ci è piaciuto tutto, l'unica cosa che manca è la lavastoviglie ma in vacanza si usa poco perché si mangia spesso fuori

Ottima soluzione il centro di Skiathos e’ a soli 10 minuti a piedi Appartamento moderno(2 TV/Wi-Fi/aria condizionata zanzariere/giardino/parcheggio cassaforte ecc.) la descrizione corrisponde al vero. George sempre gentile e disponibile molto apprezzato il picking dall’aeroporto ed il cambio biancheria/pulizie ogni 3 giorni Super Consigliato! Torneremo

Tutto ok - Solo per consiglio i due letti aggiunti per ragazzi suggerirei di renderli più confortevoli con dei Topper. I primi 100m a piedi verso il paese sono privi di marciapiede, la sera è’ preferibile avvicinarsi al primo parcheggio con l’auto.
