Last Sirma Klima

Had a wonderful stay at this beautiful place just by the ocean in Klima.

La casa è veramente bella,curata nei particolari. Dal letto vedere e sentire il mare è un sogno.La terrazza meravigliosa. La mattina viene portata un ottima colazione dal il bar monk .

Location was absolutely perfect

The staff was hard to get ahold of via What’sApp and the beds did not have blankets. We went without blankets and only sheets for 2 nights. Not a pleasant sleep

The location, the clear room, the hospitality of the staff and the breakfast service from Monk cafe bar.

The bathroom is so small and low-ceilinged and there is no pressure in the water

We loved the location! Perfect for relaxing and swimming. We also loved the accom as it was clean and perfect. We loved hearing the sea at night.

That we had to leave!

Lovely location, clean and the restaurant being open is very nice.

The bed is hard.

Incredible sunset view & outdoor patio with nice evening lighting; Klima is a popular location to watch the sunset, so nice to have your own private space! Breakfast is delicious, with good portions and various options (even some vegan choices). It's very relaxing to sit on the patio in the morning and enjoy great food and listen to the waves. Parking is provided at Astakas restaurant, a short walk from the property.

I would consider these more as tradeoffs to note if you want to stay in this one-of-a-kind location. You'll walk down a seaside path ~5+ minutes with waves crashing to get to the property; it's a wet and very slippery surface (we saw someone take a hard fall). Parts of the path have stacks of seaweed you'll walk through, and you and your luggage may get splashed at times. It's doable, but it's not going to be for everyone. The entry door lock feels a bit vulnerable for an isolated location with lots of tourists, and there is no safe in the room. Bathroom: the ceiling is very low, clearance ~5 feet 11 inches, shower drains very very slow, not great ventilation, so bit of a stench from all drains. We were missing a blanket the first night, and communication to resolve the matter was a bit spotty, but it did get resolved. We also had no hot water; resolved via What's App chat that there is a switch in the breaker box that we needed to turn on. Cleaning: they come once every three days. We inquired with the host through What's App about trash disposal since the waste from daily breakfast delivery alone was more than space allowed and were told we could deposit trash in the green bins near the FREE PARKING (a short drive) so each day we were taking out our trash on the way to our outings. There were ants in our kitchen and bathroom daily; they did offer an extra cleaning. but there was a trail of ants daily, and just not my preference to deal with while on vacation. Overall for what we paid the property falls short.

The view is amazing, the covered terrace is fabulous, the interior is nicely finished with quirky touches.

The kitchen could do with some new equipment. Only one way to make coffee in a filter machine whose jug is all cracked, though currently watertight! The bathroom is tiny with a very low ceiling height.
