Unsere Vorstellungen wurden in allem bei weitem übertroffen! Ein unglaublich schönes, riesiges, urigen und einmaliges Ferienhaus mit Charakter und Charme. Allein der Ausblick auf Meer und Berge ist unbezahlbar!!! - Wir konnten gar nicht glauben, dass wir das ganze Anwesen für uns allein hatten, aber so war es! - Zwei der vier Tage haben wir "zu Hause" verbracht und mal in dem Raum und mal in der Ecke und dem Aussichtspunkt gesessen. Ganz toll!

The house is perfect. It can accommodate many people and last but not least the view has left us speechless. Truly amazing to enjoy the silence that it gives you.

Το σπίτι έχει τα πάντα. Η θέα καταπληκτική. Ο ιδιοκτήτης είναι φανταστικός άνθρωπος. Μοναδική αίσθηση η διαμονή εκεί . Είχαμε τα σκυλάκια μας μαζί και πολύ τους Δροσερό σπίτι παρά τον καύσωνα. Αν και έχει και κλιματισμό,το βράδυ δεν χρειάζεται.

Η πρόσβαση είναι πολύ δύσκολη. Πολύ στενός και ανηφορικός δρόμος. Δεν υπάρχει δυνατότητα να περάσουν 2 αυτοκίνητα. Πρέπει να παρκάρεις πιο χαμηλά και να ανέβεις με τα πόδια. Σε ανηφόρα πολύ απότομη. Αν πάλι πάτε μέχρι τέρμα θα ζορισετε πολύ το αυτοκίνητο ειδικά αν είναι φορτωμένο.

Village of Pragmatetftis is located 15 minutes outside of Leonido, a beautiful bustling town surrounded by imposing red rock cliffs that are a dream for rock climbers. It looks like Switzerland on the Mediterranean. Demitrious’s house is an old restored Olive mill at the top of the village. Fantastic views and one of the nicest hosts you will ever encounter. I highly recommend.

The views are absolutely unmatched—truly breathtaking. The house feels like a living museum, beautifully curated with exceptional taste. The host was extremely helpful, ensuring everything was perfect. Highly recommended!
