Η τοποθεσία ένα υπέροχο μέρος και ήσυχο ιδανικό για οικογένειες με παιδιά

Κοντά σχετικά στην υπέροχη παραλία του Μαυροβουνίου, σε ήσυχο μέρος και με μπαλκόνι με θέα την θάλασσα. Καθαρό, περιποιημένο, με παροχές που θα περίμενε κανείς σε 4* ξενοδοχείο. Η οικοδέσποινα πολύ ευγενική και εξυπηρετική. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα για χαλαρές διακοπές.

Το μόνο αρνητικό που υπάρχει είναι ότι δεν απομονώνονται πλήρως τα δωμάτια μεταξύ τους, λόγω του ότι δεν φτάνουν οι τοίχοι μέχρι επάνω και έτσι ο όποιος θόρυβος ή μυρωδιά από την κουζίνα ή το καθιστικό φτάνει στα υπνοδωμάτια.

Schönes Häuschen und einer sonnigen Terrasse mit Aussicht aufs Meer, ruhig gelegen. Der Gastgeber war immer erreichbar und alles war sauber.

Man kann das nicht als 2 Schlafzimmer bezeichnen, weil die Wände nicht bis ganz nach oben gingen, vergleichbar mit Umkleidekabinen. Dadurch war keine Privatsphäre gegeben. Die Preis-Leistung war daher nicht angemessen, zudem war die Wohnung auch nit alten Geräten ausgestattet (insbesondere die Waschmaschine, man konnte auch die Schleuderfunktion nicht finden).

Ottima casetta attorniata da ulivi ed alberi da frutta, con un bel terrazzino sul fronte e lontana dal rumore delle auto e delle persone. Interno spazioso composto da soggiorno con cucinotto, due camere di modeste dimensioni, ma comode, ed un bagnetto molto funzionale. Presenti gli accessori indispensabili per la cucina, wifi ed aria condizionata. Cortiletto con cancello d'ingresso in cui parcheggiare comodamente l'auto. Gentilissimi i proprietari. La spiaggia, piacevolissima, la si raggiunge con una passeggiata di una decina di minuti. A breve distanza, sulla strada principale, un piccolo supermercato ben fornito.

Rivernicerei la ringhiera del terrazzo e gli infissi, che si stanno scrostando, per migliorare l'estetica esterna. Questo però non pregiudica la funzionalità della struttura. L'accesso alla struttura può essere complicato con auto di grosse dimensioni, ma per noi non é stato assolutamente un problema.

We loved the tranquillity of this small villa and found it very comfortable for two people with everything provided that makes for a great stay. The on-site parking and large terrace with beautiful views were a bonus as was it’s proximity to a large supermarket and pleasant cafe. Having an afternoon drink under the trees in the yard was a nice alternative when the sun was on the terrace. The host responded promptly to queries and provided clear directions for finding the house and self check-in (and would have come to meet us if we had wanted that). The map and pictures of signage in the photos on the website were also helpful for finding it.

Lovely place to stay with nice garden and terrace. Everything you need.

The property had lot of space for kids to play, cleaned and it was very close to the beach.
