Casa Armonia with Beach at your Doorstep by 8essentially

The place was well located (the neighbourhood seems a bit ugly because of the narrow streets but its actually safe). The property is right next to a coastline with many beaches, restaurants and such. The place itself is super nice, 2 bedrooms and a nice backyard. The hosts left us wine and some fruits, and some water so thats nice.

The problem we had was related to parking: The property was listed with "Free Parking". I needed a place with Parking because we were travelling over Crete by car. I filtered by Free Parking on booking and chose this property, and proceeded to message the host asking for details on the parking. They said there was a nearby public parking lot that we could use. We arrived a bit late in the evening and the place was super full - nowhere to park even near the property. We had to pay for a private parking like 15 mins walking to the property. When I asked the host about this they said "yes its very difficult to find place to park on the peak season"... Why didn't they warn me about this before? If I knew they couldn't assure me a spot then they shouldn't be marked as "have free parking", right? So if you are coming by car like I did (particularly on the busy seasons) I don't recommend this place. If not, then its quite cool.

Air conditioner was working very well. Beds were very comfortable. The place was clean. The bathroom was updated and the property had two street frontages. It was also )9 meters away from a great beach and eateries.

The washing machine was difficult to use. And as always in Greece parking becomes a bit of an issue.

The house is just near the sea. You need to walk less than 1 minute. It is not far from the city center, you can easily get it by a walk. The apartment was fully equiied with everything you need. There was a compliment waiting for us inside: some snacks, fruits and wine, it was so pleasant to find this surprise. We needed to get one more bed clothes, so the issue was solved very quickly, we got the additional set in less than in 30 minutes. Nice stay, pleasant hosts, everything was great. P.S. The big portion of positive emotions also gave us the fluffy neighboor, a very cute kitty, who visited us every evening. :)

The air conditioner didn`t help as much as we wanted :)
