We had a wonderful stay at this house during our summer vacation! The house is spacious, very comfortable, and perfect for a family or a group of friends. The huge yard was a real highlight — plenty of space to relax, and we especially enjoyed using the barbecue in the evenings. The location is excellent — just a short drive (or 5-minute walk) to the beach, yet very peaceful and quiet, ideal for a relaxing holiday. Our host Velissarios was extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything even more enjoyable. We would definitely come back again and highly recommend this place!

The only thing we missed was a dishwasher, which would have been really useful, especially for a larger group. But that’s a small detail in an otherwise perfect setup.

BBQ facilities, the immense garden, intimate, walking distance to the beach(around 800 meters by foot)

Not a huge minus, could use one more AC in a bedroom. It has 2, living and 1 bedroom.

We loved the place! The house has everything you need, lots of space and a few nice touches of old furniture. What we enjoyed most was the outdoor space with the outdoor shower being a personal favourite. The veranda provided cool shade and lovely chillout and dining area, the greenery is joy to the eye with the hammock between the palm trees and a tiny forest of olive trees. The bay is a beautiful one with the nearest beach being 3 mins away by car hosting numerous beach bars, some with party music, some more relaxing and quiet. Velissarios is such a kind and generous host welcoming us with cold water (the tap one not suitable for drinking), providing recommendations for all sorts of activities and places to eat, regularly keeping in touch to make sure all is in order. Thank you Velissarios, we would love to come back soon!

an old house but a good value for money

Great location, close to Sahara beach and several cozy villages on the seaside. You need a car to get around but everything is in close proximity BBQ area was an amazing place to chill and have a great meal. Host was very welcoming and accommodating

The house is big enough, the yard and the barbeque are fabulous. The beach is pretty close to the villa, and the village itself is quiet, not with many tourists. There is a hot water shower in the yard so you can wash off the sand.

There is only one bathroom in the house, the second one is in the backyard, but the toilet water did not flush and the shower ( which also works bad due to calc) had only cold water. AC units are in the living room and one of the bedrooms. There is no privacy to this bedroom because the door is mostly glass as it is built on an ex terrace. In the kitchen are needed coffee cups, a proper coffee machine, cutting boards, cutting knives, pans and pots. The fridge was not cleaned, as most of the house. It is not equipped with a dishwasher. There is a smell of mould because the wardrobes are filled with stuff and you can't store your clothes inside. The rooms would be more spacious if the ancient furniture would be replaced with a more efficient one. PS: In addition to your reply, I want to let you know that we made a basic cleaning, inside the house, also at the terrace and the barbeque area and there were only two or three garbage bags left at your house. I want you to recall that I asked you if there were other clients before us, because the place was really dirty, so in the first day of accommodation we cleaned the place even under the beds, changing the water three times. I also showed you that we washed the shelves, the dishes, glasses and cutlery we used. I will leave here the message were you explained how the boiler is working 😉, and by doing so, we washed with cold water.
