MASTER ROSE HOUSE with sea view

This is a wonderful place! My husband and I have never been to Nafplilo before, and we used this as our home base, while traveling out for day trips. The interior is clean, and comfortable, with a deck right off of the living room. The kitchen is adequate for making breakfast or a lunch. There are two bedrooms upstairs, one with a queen bed, and the other a bit smaller with two twin beds. The mattresses on the beds, and the pillows are absolutely the very best -- I believe they are some type of foam (or maybe latex) -- very very comfortable, with high quality sheets. As mentioned in the previous reviews, the views outside (to the north) are fabulous. Please note that there are many stairs up to get to this house, but it's totally worth it, as the height provides not only great views, but a nice, unobstructed breeze. We parked our rental car at the Pier, and from there you can walk straight north, through the Square, to Dodoni's ice cream. From the back of there (north side), the stairs start up to the house. I highly recommend this house, and would book again!

Everything about the house was just perfect for myself and spouse. However, I would not recommend for anyone who cannot climb up several flights of stairs to get to the house.

What a spectacular place! Spacious duplex apartment with stunning views over the charming town of Nafplio and the gorgeous blue sea. We loved the large balcony/patio with overlooking the rooftops. Bright, well-appointed space with comfortable beds for our family of three. Nice kitchen, too, with coffee and some Greek goodies to enjoy. (I especially enjoyed the radio in the shower, set to a Greek music station!) The host, Magda, was responsive and friendly and even arranged to meet us before our departure to say hello! The location is terrific, central to all, while being tucked away, private, and quiet.

The only drawback I could imagine for some people is that the shower is in the main bedroom. Not a problem for us, though! Also, be aware that you should turn on the hot water a half-hour before you want to use it.

It was a beautiful comfortable home and Magda was an absolute pleasure to deal with! Great location in old town Nafplio! Would stay again - did not want to leave!

Oue stay at Master Rose House was absolutely amazing. House was very clean and stylishly decorated, felt very cozy and homely. Kitchen was stocked with everything you could think of which made it easy and convenient to cook. House also had a washing machine. Balcony and bedrooms had beautiful views of the town, water and Bourtzi Castle. Large balcony which was great to relax on at night. View was more spectacular at night. Quiet location considering how close the house is to all of the restaurants, cafes and shops. Short walk to the supermarket. Palamidi and Akronauplía fortresses are easily accessable by foot or by a short drive. No parking on site but free parking was located only 250m from the house. Host Magda was lovely and very helpful. We will be looking forward to staying here again.

Amazing terrace and views. I've never been in a bedroom with 4 windows each with beautiful views. The house is comfortable with everything you could wish for , including sharp knives! Loved the beds ,so comfortable. It's right in the town so close to some fantastic restaurants all open even in April . Loved it

The bathroom is Very small for 4 people. Good for 2.

Magda was a wonderful host who went above and beyond to help us find parking near the house, providing a small home made welcome dish and answering all our questions about what to see around Nafplio. The property is in a fabulous location just metres up the hill from the main square and the charming shops and restaurants in Nafplio old town. The house itself was impeccably clean, well appointed with all the possible necessities a family of four could need (including a good selection of cooking / food preparation utensils), an easy to use washing machine and very comfortable beds and bedding. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this house for any visitors to the area.

The fact we ran out of time and had to leave! it was delightful.

The house with all its rooms was very nice, the view to the sea as well. Because of the season- we have been there in october- we couldn`t really enjoy the terrace. Although the weather was fine, we had to turn on the heating in the evenings because the house was in the shade.
