Chania Oasis with heated pool

Thank you Menios for a fantastic first experience of Crete. The villa was absolutely perfect for us. Close to town. One kilometre away from not just one, but two supermarkets. Easy access to the main road leading to so many destinations on the island. Peaceful surroundings. Extremely safe. Wonderful swimming pool and garden (we couldn’t stop admiring the snowy mountain tops each time we swam and absorbed the sunshine. Loved the barbecue and the generosity of your mum (Hazel loved juicing the mandarines from her garden). Thank you for providing us with memorable times in your accommodation and Chania! We are hoping to come back 🥰

Very nice and clean house. In the kitchen there is all the stuff you need and it works. Bathroom the same very clean and everything there, hairdryer, washing machine... The garden is very clean and the swimmingpool is perfect. The communication was friendly and fast. We had a very nice stay

The bed was hard and smal and the sofa was not great.

The villa and garden with heated pool is amazing! Everything in the actual villa is perfect, there is an iron, iron board, hairdryer - even a washing machine! The living room is a great size and so is the bedroom with plenty of hangers in the wardrobe. The shower is perfect too and there was always enough hot water for us both. The garden area and swimming is 10 out of 10! the pool was at a great temperature all day and night and the added bonus was the beautiful Swan fountain which added a lovely feature! The grass was short too just be a bit careful with the wasps as they like the grass lol Also I forgot to mention the Wifi strength is fantastic and so strong through the property.

The villa itself is amazing as I've mentioned before and I'd really struggle to say anything negative about it. Menios was a super host! Always on hand if we had any issues and kept in contact via whats app throughout the week. The only thing I would say is the villa is a bit remote from Chania town/Old town/Harbour and to be honest isn't walk able to these places. I've read other reviews where people have said it's a 20 minute walk, it isn't it's more likely 40 mins. What would make it even harder is the roads are quite dangerous, there is no pavements and it is quite dark. However, there are 2 supermarkets which are close and can be reached by foot in 10-15 minutes. Menios kindly gave us a taxi number and this really helped us to get to town.
