Mooi ingericht, schoon, goede locatie en een geweldige host.

Дуже приємні апартаменти з неймовірно щирим і доброзичливим власником — Константінос. Перебування залишило виключно позитивні враження. Локація чудова: апартаменти розташовані буквально за кілька хвилин ходьби від моря та пляжів. Ми подорожували навесні, тому купання не було актуальним, зате отримали велике задоволення від прогулянок уздовж узбережжя, особливо з нашими собаками. Окремо хочеться відзначити гостинність власника. Він трохи хвилювався через нашу велику собаку — ірландський вовкодав, але все пройшло чудово: наш пес поводився спокійно, і жодних проблем не виникло. Апартаменти прекрасно оснащені: кухня має навіть більше техніки, ніж очікуєш — від блендера до тостера, є буквально все необхідне. Дуже чиста, білосніжна постіль, стильний інтер’єр і приємні деталі, які створюють атмосферу затишку. Особливо приємно здивували компліменти від власника — фрукти, смаколики та надзвичайно смачна молочна продукція. Ми провели тут три дні, подорожуючи автомобілем із причепом і мотоциклами, і це був справді комфортний та приємний досвід. Залишилися лише найтепліші враження.

One of the best places we have ever stayed! The communication with Konstantinos, the host, was excellent from the beginning. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, very well equipped (it even has a washing machine!) and I loved the huge shower!! Kostantinos had even left a few goodies in the fridge for us-all very delicious! The location is amazing, the neighbourhood is quiet and the beach is not even 2 minutes walk from the property. The walk to town is beautiful and it took us about 10-15 minutes max. Having breakfast in the balcony in the morning, was one of the best parts of our stay!

Everything was excellent! No complaints at all.

We stayed as a family of four at Palmeira Sea and City for four nights, and it was a wonderful experience. Our host, Dimitrious, was incredibly welcoming—he even met us at 1:00 AM when our flight was delayed by a couple of hours. We were pleasantly surprised to find the fridge stocked with delicious yogurts, puddings, and fresh fruit, which made the perfect late-night snack after our long journey. The villa itself was very comfortable, fully equipped, and just a 3-minute walk from a beautiful beach .The water there was calm and clean, making the swimming experience feel like being in a pool. Our kids loved spending a full day there swimming, reading, and relaxing. There are also a few nice cafés on the beach—we especially enjoyed Utopia Café, only a 2-minute walk from the villa. We also visited Preveza city center with many good restaurants, which is about a 5-minute drive (20 min walking) Overall, we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this place for families looking for comfort, convenience, and warm hospitality.

The walk from the villa to Preveza city center at night is not very pleasant as it is a bit dark and there are parts with no sidewalk. During the day it's perfectly fine.

The villa is very well equiped and modern. It had all the ameneties we needed and more. Very close to the beach, yet very quiet neighbourhood. Parking is on the street but there was always a free place. The host, Konstantinos, is amazing and very helpful. His recommendations for restaurants were excellent and made our stay very pleasant. He welcomed us with a selection of local greek products to sample.

Host was very very friendly and the place was a great value. Right by the beach and the weather was amazing. I'd recommend anyone staying here stay at a place like this over a hotel.
