Having read so many positive reviews, we had high expectations for Blue Garden and were pleased that our stay lived up to expectations. The view from the moment you start driving down the hill is spectacular and you immediately begin to relax. It’s very peaceful, despite being not too far from the main road, and all you will hear is the sound of the sea and birds. The apartment was spotless and has everything you need for your stay. The apartment was also cleaned midway through our week long stay which you don’t usually get with self catering accommodation. The private beach is stunning and the garden and landscape around the apartments are beautifully maintained. Dimitris and his mother were so welcoming, and we appreciated the hamper and homemade lemon cake! Dimitris was also extremely helpful and on hand to answer any questions we had. And to top off our stay, we enjoyed the company of their two extremely friendly cats, Fatsa and Pantellis!

Nothing - everything was perfect!

Prachtig superschoon appartement met alles erop en eraan,alles wat je nodig hebt. Een grandioos uitzicht. Een grote buitenruimte met veel comfortabele zitgelegenheid. Een bbq. Een privé strandje met ligbedden, boot en kano. Een heel aardige eigenaar, Dimitris, die zeer attent was en direct reageerde als je een vraag had. Een mand met toast, wijn, sterke drank, honing, marmelade, sinaasappels, verse eieren en dan vergeet ik nog het nodige. De moeder van Dimitris die eigen baksels, jam, ingelegde vijgen, en fruit kwam brengen. En het appartement is in de 2 weken dat wij er waren 2x zeer grondig schoongemaakt, schone handdoeken en 1 x de bedden verschoond…. Super!

Het was helemaal top! Niets wat ons niet beviel.

Prachtige en rustige ligging, tussen Samos stad en een van de leukste dorpjes: Kokkari! Super hygiëne in het huisje, ze kwamen zelfs halverwege de week alles extra poetsen. Hele aardige en gastvrije host. Nog nooit eerder zo'n mooi idyllisch plekje bezocht, overtrof alle verwachtingen!

We were hesitating if to give this review, cause it feels a bit like revealing your beloved secret place to the world. But here we are. We have been to places, but don't think we have ever experienced anything like that. The place, it's location, the view, the water, the house itself and the comfort it gives. If you feel like grabbing the groceries in a picturesque Greek town and then grilling some seafood in your private space overlooking a turquoise bay is your type of vacation, Blue Garden should be your choice. But all of that wouldn't be so astonishing without the quiet presence of the good soul of the hill - the host, Dimitris. Besides being a very kind and likeable person, also a great provider of some information about the island, he does this one thing that makes places special - he takes care of everything like he would like to have it prepared for himself. So not only the house awaits you neatly cleaned, but you'll also notice some cozy details, like basket full of homemade gifts, coffee you can prepare your favourite way, or even the ice cubes ready to be put in your glass. We cannot recommend this place enough.

Dimitris ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Er war stets hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft ist neu, modern und sauber. Es ist sehr ruhig und man ist mit dem Auto schnell im Zentrum.

Steile, enge Zufahrtsstrasse (wie oft in Griechenland)

Dimitris was always available when needed and made our stay comfortable and unforgettable. He suggested excellent typical restaurants as well as sightseeing and hiking trips. He and his kind family also provided us with some of their home produced products like honey, marmalade, olive oil etc. Thank you for your great hospitality! We were surprised by the wonderful location and excellent and modern accommodation where absolutely nothing was missing. We certainly recommend to come stay at Blue Garden Samos Apartments and enjoy the time as well as the closeness to many interesting historic spots.

We can not think about anything we did not like or have been missing. Except for something out of Dimitris control- the weather.

Meine Frau und ich waren eine Woche im Blue Garden Samos und waren von Anfang bis Ende begeistert. Dimitris hat uns freundlich empfangen und war über die gesamte Zeit des Aufenthaltes für uns per Whatsapp ansprechbar. Das Apartment war unfassbar schön und groß. Neben dem schön eingerichteten und auch mit allem was man braucht ausgestatteten Haus, hatten wir eine wunderschöne Grünanlage neben dem Gebäude. Viel Privatsphäre durch guten Sichtschutz und die unfassbare Ruhe, welche die Umgebung bot, haben dazu geführt, dass wir uns direkt von der ersten Sekunde an wohlgefühlt haben. Wir bekamen täglich Besuch von drei Katzen, welche zusätzlich ein Gefühl von Zuhause aufkommen ließ. Dieses Apartment liegt ganz gut für Ausflüge gelegen, man kommt überall mit dem Auto in maximal einer Stunde Fahrtzeit hin. Ein Mietauto ist aber ein Muss. Das Apartment liegt doch etwas Abseits der nächsten Stadt. Aber genau das haben wir gesucht. Absolute Ruhe, einen wunderschönen Ausblick und Meeresrauschen. Wenn wir nach Samos zurückkommen, werden wir definitiv wieder diese Unterkunft wählen und eventuell sogar länger bleiben. Wir haben uns noch in keinem Hotel/Apartment so wohl gefühlt, wie hier.
