Evde olması gereken her var. Utü,internet,klima,buzdolabi,camaşır makinesi,ocak mutfak eşyalari,televizyon,tv kanallari yani aklıniza gelen herşey var. Tesis çok temiz. Denize sıfır, bir adımda plaja gidebiliyorsunuz. Balkon manzarasi guzel. Cafe ve eglence yerlerine yakın...Kısacasi cok keyif aldık. Ayrica ev sahibi Nikos devamli iletisim halindeydi ve aninda cevap veriyordu...

Casetta piccola ma perfetta x una coppia. Tutto pulito e dotata di piccoli comfort come asciugacapelli, ferro da stiro, lavatrice. Ma il non plus ultra è la vista. Suggestiva e bellissima, praticamente un piccolo balconcino sul mare. Vicinissima al centro di Kokkari. Parcheggio nelle vicinanze in strada o parcheggi pubblici gratis. Consigliatissima!

Una finestra sul mare, accogliente, pulito fornito di tutto. Si vede il mare restando sdraiati sul letto. Esci di casa ed entri in acqua. C’è tutto a portata di pochi passi. Host gentilissima e molto disponibile. Wifi eccellente. Lo consiglio!

Hygiëne

I had a very disappointing experience at this apartment and, unfortunately, would not recommend it to ANYONE. Upon arrival, the place had a terrible smell, and after investigating, we found a trashcan with a rotten egg left under the kitchen sink, which had clearly been there for a while. The cabinet under the sink was also stained and dirty. When we opened the fridge, we found MOLD in the compartments, which made it unusable even after the cleaners came. The cleanliness issues extended to the bathroom and bedroom as well. The toilet seat was covered in small flies, the floor was dirty, and the bed sheets had hairs on them. Random used bags were left with the kitchen items, and some of the pots and pans were dirty. One of the cabinets even had a bin bag stuffed inside, adding to the overall discomfort. We reached out to the owner, who promptly sent a cleaning team. While this improved the situation, it did not resolve everything—the trashcan with the rotten egg and the stains under the sink remained. Although the apartment smelled better afterward, it still didn’t feel comfortable or hygienic enough for us to relax and enjoy our stay. We even avoided putting groceries in the fridge. While I appreciate that the owner responded by sending cleaners, I expected a more thorough resolution or possibly an offer to move to a different unit, given the circumstances. Unfortunately, this experience left me uncomfortable, and I would not stay here again.

It’s at an excellent location. The view is wonderful and the host was very attentive. Bottle of wine was a nice touch.

The bed. It was probably the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on. It definitely needs to be updated. The kitchen could use some updated matching plates and glasses as well.

Superiour location. Directly at beach. All the restos near by.

Location in "Show in map" is incorrect and needs to be updated

The location is perfect by the sea. It was very clean inside. The host was also very helpful for minor problems. He was in constant communication with us.

kitchenware needs to be diversified.
