Petinos traditional house

The house is amazing and Apostolis and his family are incredible hosts with great food on offer at the Windmill restaurant next door. What an amazing setting and amazing people.

locations location and location! Property is right on the see; and owner is really really nice. She has a lovely restaurant few steps away and was kind enough to make a fresh orange juice in the breakfast. Local restaurant are nice and no issues with food at all.

Great accommodation with everything you may need, really peaceful and luxurious, exceptional views of the sea, close distance (it took us just 20-25 min) upstairs to the restaurant (good food) to see the sunset, plenty of restaurants downstairs that work during day time, nice and cool already in the early evening as mountain ridge covers the sun, really friendly hosts (thank you so much to a landlady - I badly cut my big toe during my swim and she helped with disinfection). The house is located at the second port of Thirasia called Korfos bay and you have to stop at the second port and not in Riva which is the 1st. The boat from Ammoudi bay is at 07:55, 12:30, 17:20, and from Korfos 12:00, 16:55 (2023 timetable). You can buy tickets inside at the cost of 1 euro.

Do not go to swim without the shoes. I cut my big toe and I sow another man who badly cut his leg - really sharp rocks

This fisherman’s villa is as idyllic as the pictures, an absolute must stay! The view from its huge and very well maintained terrace is truly breathtaking. You can sit for hours and watch the world go. Only a quick, easy and €1 ferry from Santorini Ammoudi Bay Port, yet it feels a world away. So peaceful, beautiful, quiet and quaint. Our host, Apostolos, went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed - his communication was really quick, he gave lots of tips and made us feel reassured when planning our journeys to/from the villa. He even lent us a paddle board which we had loads of fun on in the sea, right at the doorstep of the villa. A dream! The quiet bay has sea-front tavernas open during the day for lunch, a lovely ice-cream shop, and then we made dinner at the villa (the kitchen is well stocked) using fresh ingredients from the supermarket in the village at the top of the hill. It was heartbreaking to leave! We feel we found a secret slice of heaven, and will definitely be back!

This is one of the most magical places we have ever stayed. From the warm welcome from our exceptional host to the glittering waters in our paradise apartment. The whole trip was perfect. It's the best place to relax unwind and disconnect from the world

💁Host was super helfull and nice. 🏝Amazing view, tourists usually come to this island only around 13-16 o'clock. 🐠Clear blue water in the sea and different fishes floating around. 😌Calm atmosphere, very good place for your recovery. 🥘You can find there restaurants with nice food, but they are working only when tourists are there. It's better to buy some food/products in advance. In this house you will find well equipped kitchen with everything what you'll need. Thanks to host for that fantastic stay! For sure will recommend that place 😊
