Clean property. Calm area.

Services not as described. 1. Half of our stay there was no hot water or water at all for several hours when needed. Pressure was zero or almost zero, making shower impossible. Result was to stay with seasalt or chlorine from the pool on hour skin. As there were 3 babies and newborn, we had to wash them with bottled water for several days. First day there we noticed that. Informed the lady was at the property. She replied that it's not their problem and never happening. Contacted the owner and explained the situation. Thankfully, they arrived to the property same night. They explained that it's a problem from the water company and never happened in the past, even, earlier on the phone, they gave different information that a week ago, they had same issues. Next day, exact same issue, and same promises that plumber will come in. 3rd day, with no water at all, I let them know that this situation is not acceptable. Main problem is that the owner knew about all these and never informed in advance. 2. Parking space. Even the booking was for 6+1 people, which clearly means that we arrived with 2 vehicles, we were not allowed to park both in the property. Solution was to park 150 meters before the property, and make the car full of dust every day, or 300 meters after the property in a farm field and walk back to the property. Both options provided zero security for the car.
