An amazing property with impressive sunset views and very kind host.

The appartment was really clean, the kitchenette is equipped with esentials although no micro or oven it was ok for our needs, the rooms are spacious and with big clossettes, the water preassure in the shower was good, the little pool and the garden were a great refreshing plus, the rooms have ceiling fans which were a great alternative to a/c, the appartment is serviced every other day which was great to come back after a long day out to a clean place, the view and sunsets are amazing, the beach is just 10 minutes down the hill and it has beautiful cristaline water. Yorgos was a great host and always fixed everything we needed, we lost an important doll of our boy and Yorgos did everything to find it and even brought it back to us after some days to our hotel in Saloniki. The place has 4 units so it can be great for families or friends to get the whole place together. Nea Potidaia is very central and not too far from gorgeous beaches in Kassandra and Sitonea, the little city is really charming and having beaches both in the east and the west side is a great plus. We had a really good time here.

The place is in a secluded spot in the city which is a plus but you need the car even just to get groceries. In the 2 nights before we left, came new gests to the upper appartment really really late at night and made tons of noise. All in all we had a really good experience and we recomend the place.

The view is stunnig, the accommodation is located in a calm area (as in a countryside - we loved that) beautiful, clean and provides everything you need. Yorgos is very kind and ready to make your stay beautiful. And the icing on the cake was the jacuzzi. For sure we'll come back.

The location is very nice and clean, you can find inside anything you need. the kitchen is little, but for us was perfect for breakfast. In a previous review(from May'23), somebody told something about rat/mice cages and a straight dog -we didnt see a single one, and also we had where to park out car, and hot water :) I wrote this, because i find it necessary to clarify this for other guests. The host is very very nice and helpful with any information you need. We went at Sani Beach almost daily, it is 15 minutes driving from the location.

Dear Yorgos, thanks a lot again for the wonderful time in Nea Potidea. Everything was as described and better. Sunrise and sunset are amazing from the appartement. Just one suggestion for others, a rental car is necessary to go from there. See you next time 😃 Sonja and Britta

Amazing place! Wonderful view! Clean and comfortable house. We prefer!!!

Great views from the terrace, with relaxing sound of the waves in the background. Whirlpool was great, especially because evenings in April were still cool. Well and modernly equipped.

Parking has to be done in a narrow dead-end-road.
