Dimoulitsa Villas Complex

Lovely villa in the most amazing location!! Breathtaking view, peaceful place away from the hassle but close enough to explore the whole island by car. The local village is in a walking distance, with few taverns and little shop to get all essentials ( the bread in the morning is the best !!) The house has lots of charm and all what you need to have comfortable stay..and the pool was a great edition:) Super friendly and helpful host..smooth communication and friendly welcome when we arrived 😊 Thank you for letting us stay in your place and making our holiday unforgettable!

The pool was great, clean every day. The host was very nice. The neighbourhood was quiet, very pleasant to take a 10 minutes walk to the town center (for restaurants - La Pergola was amazing, and shops). Enough space for 9 people to gather in one living room for board games (with cozy lights from the lamps around the room).

The villas were alright, they looked a bit more modern in the photos. We also had to be careful not to leave any food out on the table (ants would gather in just 10 minutes). It rained abundantly on our last night there, and the kitchen roof in one of the villas leaked a lot.

-> stunning localisation -> very nice swimming pool surrounded by trees -> nearby (3 min by car) charming village - Doukades -> also quite close (10 min by car) to iconic region: Paleokastritsa -> villas has very distinct look, but for me it had a "soul" which lacks in newer apartements -> very specious place -> 2 seperate bathrooms are a big plus

-> This is a big letdown: AC was not working properly, I think it was too small for this big of a Villa, we were using 3 fans, one in each of 3 bedrooms and AC at max power and it was hardly bearable especially on the night (during our stay temp outside was between 35-37 C) -> Bathroom would require slight refresh, bathtub had some mold in it In my opinion shower cabins are just more practical Please fix or replace the AC and refresh bathroom and then it would easly 9/9.5 out of 10 rating.

Location fantastica

An amazing location for an amazing villa! The house was very welcoming, very spacious, 2 bathrooms! Very rare :) it had all the things needed for a perfect family vacation. The kitchen was very well equipped. The pool is awesome! Beautiful view from every corner…. Corfu at its best! Also, the village Doukades is beautiful and authentic with great taverns!! A few minutes away from the most beautiful Paleokastrttsa!

The villa was in a beautiful location. Very clean with netting windows with a great outlay.

It had fantastic outlook into the green valley with a large clean pool with picturesque surroundings.

Beautifully clean and comfortable villa and lovely welcome from Ana. Pool is beautiful. It is approx 15 mins walk into the village centre on a quiet road, which suited us perfectly.

We would have like a washing machine to be available on site. But this is a small thing.
