It was warm on arrival (November) as the air con had been put on. there was a heater also in the room. the towels and linen were lovely. very cute.

It was super clean and neat. Staff was very helpful and nice. They were guiding us about every single detail which was very helpful.

The only thing we did not like was the matress of the bed which was not comfortable at all.
