Villa Katia with Sea view, Pourion, Zagora

We loved the house and all its amenities. It's a refuge in lovely Eastern Pilio. We'd like to visit again in a warmer month and take full advantage of the spacious yard with the sea view. Pavlos was great in answering all our questions.

We loved everything, just a heads-up about parking the car: for those not very confident driving up and down the steep access to the house, just park the car at the end of the main street above the house, and then walk a few meters down the path that leads to the house's back yard.

The place is unique. Advice: inform yourself in advance about the area and the roads.Incredible place. Unique atmosphere. Very relaxing and peaceful. All the people are very nice.

Le confort de la maison.le superbe jardin.plusieurs possibilités de manger dans le jardin. La plage d anapsili et sa taverne a 10 mis en voiture a ne pas manquer. Le village de zagora a 20mns de voiture pour sa place et ses tavernes. Pas de clim mais il fait frais dans la maison grâce a l épaisseur des murs.

C est un peu loin de tout.indispensable d avoir une voiture.l accès de la maison est très difficile en voiture.il faut mieux la garer a 50m du bourg.

The house is wonderful. You have everything you could need, and even a lot more than you would expect. You will feel as if you are in your own home and not in some accommodation where there are only the basics things. The yard is beautifully organized with lots of greenery and flowers.

There is not a thing that I did not like, but I would draw attention to a few things. The house is a bit north of most of the beaches so a car ride is required to visit them. But that location is exactly why the house offers incredible peace and quiet. The top floor can be a bit warmer at night

Villa Katia is a traditional Greek house nestled in a charming village far from the usual tourist hustle and bustle, allowing us to truly experience an authentic escape. The interior was spacious and well-maintained, with all the modern amenities needed for a comfortable stay, yet it still retained the authenticity of the place. One of the highlights of this accommodation was the beautiful garden. Filled with local flowers and featuring a small terrace shaded by grapevines, the garden was the perfect place to enjoy breakfast or relax in peace after a day of exploring. Pavlos, the owner, extremely welcoming and hospitable, made sure we had everything we needed and offered valuable insights into local attractions.

We very much appreciated that Villa Katia is a stylishly furnished and decorated little landhouse in impeccable condition, fully equiped with everything needed (coffee machine, stove and oven, washing machine). Coffee capsules, salt, spices or detergent are available, if somebody forgot to carry with themselves some of these everyday articles. We got all the information about the house and the village, where to find what, at the beginning. If we needed anything, we knew who to turn, but there was hardly any need for that. The garden is well kept with terrace and barbecue, cosy place for evening chats.

Because of lack of bandwidth, we really appreciated that the wifi worked reliably, when we sometimes had to check our work correspondence. However, a stronger wifi router would be helpful to have stable network even in the lower part of the house.
