''Koukmos beach'' Greenspace Living - Private sandy beach

Great location, so quiet, near lagoon and beach. Surrounded by nature and birds. We really enjoyed calmness of this place, you dont neet to go anywhere, just sitting on terrace and reading is so relaxing. Excellent view.

These are not negatives, just informations that is good to know: House has everything you need, shower is a bit smaller, but suffice. And you need to buy supplies in Kalloni or Skala Kalloni, few km from accomodation.

Great location with view over the private beach. The cottage is well equipped and gives you a sense of freedom and privacy. We had our dog with us who had his best vacation ever! Would definitely go back! Ideal for long stays.

We loved the place.

This is a little paradise, for nature lovers. Beware, it is quite isolated, you need to drive in order to reach supermarkets and tavernas - but we knew this when we booked and assumed it. You just need to organize yourself before with buying things you need. If you love empty beaches, quietness and nature, this is the place for you :).

Located among olive trees,100 metres downhill from main road, situated quite high, with beautiful views of the private beach (5 minutes walk downhill)and Kalloni Bay,surrounding hills and nature. Peaceful and relaxing. 3 houses on site,well spaced, probably, 25 metres apart. Good sized patio/balcony. Loved the outside bench seating, House well equipped, if dated,good aircon,WiFi and fly screens.

This was the second time we stayed in this accommodation. Again we had an excellent stay. The view is fantastic with sometimes black storks and casarca’s just below in the marsh area. The caretaker of the house is very friendly and the place feels relaxed and safe. Parking is very close to the house. The beach is private and very quiet. For food you have to go to supermarkets in Kalloni. 20 minutes drive. The house itself has all the basic stuff you need.

Just a suggestion: the bed creaks a bit to much so maybe this could be solved.

It’s such a beautiful place! Amidst nature on a slope overlooking a marsh and the sea. Super calm and relaxed, full of flowers. Very friendly owner. Absolutely recommend!!

All was fine

Absolutely exquisite place, in one of the most beautiful spots in the world. Private, quiet, spoiling and just pure serenity of beauty all around. The host is absolutely adorable and nice too as he has taken care of anything we have needed. Very recommended.

Warm welcome! Nice little private house with excellent view over the lagoon and the see. Great terras, sun protected. Short walk to the beach that you have for yourself.

The kitchen has basic equipment, shower corner is ok but narrow. Wifi could be faster.
