Villa Melite

Very spacious, light and cool; beautiful view across to the sea from the lovely veranda; nice pool.

Area around pool could be softened with some greenery and parasols. Some electrical kitchen equipment did not work. Bathrooms were basic and showers were feeble. Mattresses were hard. With a bit more investment this could be a fabulous place.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Villa Melite in Zakynthos, and I would like to especially highlight how fantastic our host, Elena, was. From the beginning of our stay, Elena made sure we felt completely at home and went above and beyond to ensure we had a perfect vacation. One aspect that truly impressed us was Elena's attention and excellent communication. She contacted us daily to make sure everything was okay and that we were satisfied with the villa's conditions. She was also extremely prompt in addressing any issues or questions we had. We felt truly secure knowing we had such a caring and attentive host. Another impressive aspect was the villa's maintenance service. Every evening of our stay, someone came to clean and check the pool, which truly added to our comfort and relaxation. It's wonderful to know you can enjoy the pool without worrying about maintenance. Elena was also very kind and helpful when we needed extra assistance. When we encountered issues with our ferry reservation, Elena stepped in and called the Killini port to get additional information, making the process much easier for us. We truly appreciate her involvement and concern for our needs. In addition to all of this, we were pleasantly surprised to find 3 bags of ice upon arrival, which was truly the icing on the cake. These little details truly made a difference and contributed to an exceptional stay. In conclusion, Villa Melite in Zakynthos is a wonderful accommodation, and Elena is an incredible host. I wholeheartedly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and worry-free vacation in Zakynthos. We will definitely return in the future to once again enjoy Elena's hospitality and the beauty of the island.

One aspect that left me somewhat disappointed was the relentless passage of time, which seemed to accelerate during our stay, leaving us yearning for more moments at Villa Melite in Zakynthos.

Hardly anything.

Honestly the overall experience wasn’t good. It s not good value for money. The equipment is old, scarce, the dishwasher wasn’t working, the showers are … uneven (you never know if you will have hot water or not, and the waterflow is really tiny). Way too expensive for what it is.

The villa is nice and big. Upper flor with 3 rooms and living rooms are exceptional. Two rooms at first flor are average (no windows), but we did not need to use it. The pool is big and you can use it in the night. View from the hill is fantastic. There are also exceptional beaches and restoraunts within 15 minutes drive. You will nead car when staying here. If you want to relax and enjoy in peace this is the place for you.

Amazing villa located at the best area of the island. very clean and comfortable with a big yard. Very nice kitchen and well equipped. The pool is a gem and we loved the color of the pool. There is also very nice restaurant called Windmill 5min away by foot. Great communication with the host.

There was serious reconstruction work from morning till late afternoon right next to the villa during our stay

everything was great! location is very comfortable, only few minutes away from nice beach and a lot of local shops and restaurants, clean swimming pool and location on top of the hill make you feel more fresh as if it’s very hot you can get little bit windy there, which was great

it smells like pig poop 🐷 I don't know where the smell is coming from. the smell is not from the house it must be from a neighbor

They were very helpfull, eventhough they had some car issues, they were really interested and proactive to get there on time. The house and area are absolutely wonderfull, views and swimmingpool are just perfect.

Some of the rooms of the house are really close, mainly the ones downstairs. The house it's a little bit overprice, in some spaces it's a kind of cold... not very cozy. Neighbours are on construction and landscape it's not that nice on the back.
