Quando si pensa ad una casa sulla spiaggia... La casa era molto spaziosa, cucina completa di tutto, nella terrazza posteriore era presente un bel tavolo per cenare al tramonto. Subito accanto uno spazio dove poter fare anche il barbeque, passato il muretto, la spiaggia come in foto. È un golfo spesso battuto dal Meltemi, ma vivere con il rumore del mare in sottofondo è comunque una gioia. Il proprietario ci ha anche messo in contatto con il taxi per arrivare direttamente dal porto. Gentilissimi! Con nostro piacere, la colonia feluna accanto, in quei giorni, si è trasferita nel nostro spazio esterno 😂

Solo un appunto sulla manutenzione, ma nulla di critico.

The owner was amazing, he helped us out with anything we needed. The location is out of this world - the beach is located a few steps away from the yard. The yard has a porch and some extra space, which is perfect for a bit of peace and quiet from the public, all the while having a quick access to the sea. Additionally, Kantouni Bay offers a couple of very good places (bars, restaurants, shops or a supermarket, water refill station, ...) conveniently located within walking distance (a few minutes away). The villa itself is very spacious and contains lots of space to hangout, dine together or to just separate from all the others. The kitchen and bathroom are both big enough to accommodate the full house of people, although you may need to join some tables when dining in bigger groups. All in all this booking was amazing.

Villa Kantouni is right on the beach and has the most incredible sunset views. It is in a right location to go for walks, to swim and to visit the local cafes and restaurants. The Villa was very comfortable and had everything we needed. George is a great host who is very accommodating. There are plenty of cats around so if you are a cat lover it’s even better.

10 people 1 bathroom and the house is not 10 people they counted a couch as a bed the items and furnitures were very old

This is not a new shiny villa, it has its years but it completely does not matter. Ever present sound of the see, the view, 20m to jump to the warm sea - all it makes the villa absolutely amazing place to stay. We did enjoy staying there and do recommend the place.

Some appliances require a little maintenance but nothing really problematic.

Very large with everything you needed. Right on the beach.

Giorgos is a thoughtful and kind person. He makes sure your stay is perfect. His house by the sea is a jewel. Also perfect for families or groups of friends. You can see the sunset from the sandy beach in the tranquility of the place. Nearby there are many taverns and clubs with live music in the evening and also a market. Perfect place. Thanks Giorgos!
