Peaceful house in nature nearby National Park Krka

Comfortable beds, well equipped house

Hard to find. We put the address in google maps and ended up somewhere else. We were helped by some super nice locals since the owner wouldn’t pick up the phone. Living room and kitchen are very dark, the stairs are quite unusual and uncomfortable. Some nice treats were left for us, but some were too old and couldn’t be eaten. No flexibility with check out time.

Excellent communication with the host - she even offered to self-check in as we were a little bit late but she was there waiting for us upon arrival :) The house is as shown and it has a huge garden with lots of plants. You can pick up any fruit/vegetables you want (and even collect eggs). It is located near to the monastery, so I suggest to go to the lookout to see the sunset. There is also a washing machine, which is very convenient after some days of hiking. They give you biscuits, cheese and sweets, and also home-made liquor (everything was fantastic), which was very nice from their side :)

All was excellent - no complaints.

I totally loved this. It is a quiet house with everything you need - they even make local liquorish you can try, and they invite you to pick your own fruit/some vegetables in the neighboring garden. We ended up not going to Krka National Park because there are enough trails and viewpoints around, like a beautiful canyon where you can rock climb and hike an amazing trail. We have travelled for 2 weeks in Croatia and i liked this accomodation the most. However, you need a car to get around otherwise this might not be suitable for you.

The only downside is that the wifi can be a little bit slow. However, with such a beautiful environment, it is a pity to look at your phone all day anyway ;).

This is just the perfect stay for visiting Krka National Park - it is located 15 minutes from Roski waterfall, 25 minutes from Manojlovac waterfall and 25 minutes from Skradinski buk. The house has the kitchen that is equipped with everything you might need (toaster, juicer, oven … you name it, they have it) and upon arrival you will find a welcome plate with local prosciutto and cheese! The bedroom is big, bathroom has all the amenities and everything is spotless clean. The communication with Jelena and her family is great, whenever I needed something she was available. Highlight of our stay is the garden where you can take the breakfast or just relax!

Beautiful little house and frendly hosts. Neat and nicely equipped. We were greeted wit homemade food in the fridge, while the kitchen is equipped with everything you may need + there were enough groceries to prepare decent meal. The batroom has a lot of hygiene items and all the other things you night forget while traveling. The village is small and quite (except hen and donkey), and from there you can walk towards lake Visovac and enjoy the view. A perfect place to start exploring the area, especially if you have bikes. Just take into account that the signal is nit very good and the internet is quite slow, but who needs that when you have all those beautiful places nearby!

The way everything was laid out very clearly. The host had left some food for us also. The location is lovely and idyllic, the house itself is very clean and homely.

Many things for comfortable life and cooking. Pancakes, eggs, cool jam to try (hope that we understood correctly what's free and what's not). A lot of instructions what to do and not to do (e.g. can put only paper to toilet). Garbage sorting. Swing cocoon. Garden. House seems to be done with soul.

Maybe we didn't understand with TV, but it seemed that ground floor has thousand of satellite channels, and first floor has only some. But these are small things, we don't usually watch TV))

Everything was excellent - cozy place, very clean, host was very helpful and kind. There is nothing more to say, only PERFECT.

The apartment had everything we needed and more. When we arrived there were delicious crepes on the table. There was fruit, coffee, butter, jelly, fresh eggs and we were even given organic vegetables from the garden! We were here in January, so the weather was cold, but the apartment was warm and cozy. Beds were comfy and the place was very clean. Krka National Park is close and within walking distance you can take a trail to the beautiful canyon. We also met the sweet kitty in the morning.
